I have recently moved here and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I engaged their services, I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-notch service. They ensured that every aspect of the property was meticulously maintained, from regular inspections to proactive maintenance. One aspect that sets this place apart is the property manager Austin dedication to tenant satisfaction. He quickly resolved any issues or concerns raised by roommates and i, ensuring a harmonious living environment for all.

I truly honestly have loved living here. This will be my 3rd year here and can’t see myself having a better apartment in Fayetteville. The staff is great, the apartments are spacious, it’s far enough from campus that it’s not too crazy. Overall I love it here :)

Beautiful property. I stumbled upon this land one day as my air quickly depleted from my tire. Upon arrival I was met by a man named Matthew I believe. He was so quick to assist me and give me a bottle of water as I go to town on my 1970 ford f250. Property is so beautiful.

Champions apartment has been nothing but amazing! The staff is always there to help no matter what it is. It’s one of the cleanest property’s in Fayetteville which is also a plus side. The parking is the cheapest that I’ve had in Fayetteville. Overall best place to live!!

Hey there, just wanted to share my thoughts on this place I've been living at. It's been a mix of good and not-so-great stuff, so here's the lowdown. The Good Stuff: Awesome Office Staff: Gotta give a shoutout to the folks at the office. Seriously, they've been super cool and helpful whenever I've needed something. No complaints there! The Not-So-Great Stuff: Weird Billing Situation: So, paying rent has been a bit of a rollercoaster. At first, there were no extra fees for electricity, even though my old roommate left all the lights blazing. But when they left and I was on my own, suddenly my electricity bills shot up by like 60 bucks every month. Tried turning off lights and even the heater, but no dice – bills stayed high. Insurance Headache: Let's talk about renter's insurance. I handed over my own policy, but somehow they still charged me 15 bucks a month for theirs. They said I had to chat with another company to stop it, which I did. They accepted my proof, said they'd stop charging, but guess what? Still getting hit with that 15-dollar fee. Trash Trouble: Like every other apartment place, weekends here mean trash mountain in the parking lot. It's like an odor party out there. But, I guess this happens at lots of spots, so not a total surprise. Move-Out Wallet Attack: Moving out was a wallet shock. They charged me nearly 150 bucks! Fifty for cleaning, 56 for carpet shampoo (really?), and 40 because I missed some stuff from my old roommate in the pantry. Ouch. Parking Permit Pinch: They make us pay 25 bucks per month for parking permits per car. Most places I've been to throw those in for free, so this one kinda stings. So, that's my take on things. The office crew's awesome, always got my back. But the billing, insurance, trash, move-out fees, and parking situation could use some tuning up. Just wanted to lay it all out there – hope it helps someone out!

Charged an excessive amount for cleaning fee at the end of the lease. The people who worked there had no idea what was going on and are little help. Plus they charge extra for online payment which is ridiculous. Also it took forever for maintenance to get word of damages and when they came to fix things it wasn’t fixed completely.
