Hey
there,
just
wanted
to
share
my
thoughts
on
this
place
I've
been
living
at.
It's
been
a
mix
of
good
and
not-so-great
stuff,
so
here's
the
lowdown.
The
Good
Stuff:
Awesome
Office
Staff:
Gotta
give
a
shoutout
to
the
folks
at
the
office.
Seriously,
they've
been
super
cool
and
helpful
whenever
I've
needed
something.
No
complaints
there!
The
Not-So-Great
Stuff:
Weird
Billing
Situation:
So,
paying
rent
has
been
a
bit
of
a
rollercoaster.
At
first,
there
were
no
extra
fees
for
electricity,
even
though
my
old
roommate
left
all
the
lights
blazing.
But
when
they
left
and
I
was
on
my
own,
suddenly
my
electricity
bills
shot
up
by
like
60
bucks
every
month.
Tried
turning
off
lights
and
even
the
heater,
but
no
dice
–
bills
stayed
high.
Insurance
Headache:
Let's
talk
about
renter's
insurance.
I
handed
over
my
own
policy,
but
somehow
they
still
charged
me
15
bucks
a
month
for
theirs.
They
said
I
had
to
chat
with
another
company
to
stop
it,
which
I
did.
They
accepted
my
proof,
said
they'd
stop
charging,
but
guess
what?
Still
getting
hit
with
that
15-dollar
fee.
Trash
Trouble:
Like
every
other
apartment
place,
weekends
here
mean
trash
mountain
in
the
parking
lot.
It's
like
an
odor
party
out
there.
But,
I
guess
this
happens
at
lots
of
spots,
so
not
a
total
surprise.
Move-Out
Wallet
Attack:
Moving
out
was
a
wallet
shock.
They
charged
me
nearly
150
bucks!
Fifty
for
cleaning,
56
for
carpet
shampoo
(really?),
and
40
because
I
missed
some
stuff
from
my
old
roommate
in
the
pantry.
Ouch.
Parking
Permit
Pinch:
They
make
us
pay
25
bucks
per
month
for
parking
permits
per
car.
Most
places
I've
been
to
throw
those
in
for
free,
so
this
one
kinda
stings.
So,
that's
my
take
on
things.
The
office
crew's
awesome,
always
got
my
back.
But
the
billing,
insurance,
trash,
move-out
fees,
and
parking
situation
could
use
some
tuning
up.
Just
wanted
to
lay
it
all
out
there
–
hope
it
helps
someone
out!
