Leisure city provides quality and complete service. Had a specific picnic table product in mind which was ordered, assembled and delivered promptly. When I decided to add an umbrella after leaving the store Christine put one aside and sent along with the delivery. The two men who delivered were incredibly polite and went out of their way to bring the table out on a Saturday afternoon. Very impressed by everyone at Leisure City!

Doreen, along with her husband and son Chris are the absolute best to work with. We purchased our first hot tub and being total newbies they have walked us through the maintenance process with extreme patience and understanding. Chris came out to our place beforehand to measure and inform us of what tubs would fit and then helped us select our perfect tub. We love it. We plan on going back in the spring to update our outdoor furniture.

Very easy to deal with. Great customer service. We bought a Saber grill from them, which developed a cosmetic manufacturing defect. They got right on it and gave us a free replacement part that looked pretty expensive. By the way, the Saber grill works great!

Bought a house this year near minocqua that already had a hot tub. Previous owner said go to Leisure City. We went there for supplies and advice and were treated like we just bought the hot tub ourselves! Hadn't spent a nickle!! Even extended the previous owners discount on supplies to us!
