After passing through White Sulphur Springs and heading south, my tire pressure indicator told me that I had a low tire. We were only about 1 or 2 miles out, so I turned around and found Berg Garage. Not only did they fix my tire, but they were able to do it there and then. No waiting. After 20 minutes and $25, we were most happily on our way. I can’t tell you how unusual this is in today’s world. I so appreciate the fast and friendly service. What could have turned out to be a very big problem, was easily and inexpensively remedied. These folks are fantastic. I had a screeching sound in my truck when going forward (but not in reverse), and was supposed to check from our RV park. Connor and Mark took care of the problem in 45 minutes and I was was on my way. 2 thumbs up!

We were stranded in a RV park with a bad starter on our towed car. Mark at Berg came out and looked at the car on a Saturday morning, told us he would order the new starter but it would not be there until Tuesday. We needed to get down the road so I was concerned that it would happen. But by 10:30 Tuesday morning we were on our way and the price was fair. I wish they could move to our town so I could continue to use them.

Berg Garage is top notch! Great family, great garage and great service. Jack and Jay always take good care of me and my truck. My truck had to spend 4 days in the shop and they offered a ride to anywhere I needed to go. I love that when I pull up someone is out the door well before I can jump out. What a service it is to have your fuel pumped for you, pay propane and receive a windshield wash. I am a customer for life!

Berg Garage deserves 10 stars! Jack came out on a Saturday night to help us with a tire problem and ensure we could make it home safely. He was never annoyed and took the time to check everything over. Hands down the best service shop service ever!

Stopped in on a trip with our car making a funny noise. Mike spent time with us and the car on a 90 degree day. No serviced needed but he relieved our worries. Were glad stopped there!
