After an attic fire, it was determined that it started with some original, 50-yr-old wiring. We originally called Dusty on a Saturday morning after an historic ice storm to come out and determine if it was safe to stay in our house. He came that morning, despite travel difficulties. We were so impressed, that we hired him to do the repair work a few weeks later. He came and got us fixed in no time and for an incredibly reasonable price. We will use him from here on out to do all of our electric work. Thank you so much, Dusty!

Do a great job. What I do appreciate is the response I get. I can call on a weekend and at least get a response. The last time I called on I think it was a Saturday afternoon and he told me what the problem was over the phone and how to do the simple 5 min fix myself. That fixed it and saved money. I appreciate someone who does that. Could have came out and charged for the fix himself, and if I would have wanted him too he would have, but I I did it. Thanks so much

Excellent service at an incredible value! Dusty the technician was professional; he checked the entire air conditioning and heating system, refilled Freon, installed a new filter, checked gas lines, and performed 20+ other inspections. I went into the attic to inspect the ductwork and insulation. Amazing work; we will definitely use Walters Electric & AC again! I recommend them to anyone in need of AC service and repairs, as well as an annual checkup! Guys, you ROCK!!

I called on Tuesday evening and they were here on Thursday. Mr. Dusty called and texted staying in touch, at all times. The two men that came were very polite and worked the whole time they were here. Walters Electric and A C, sure as my business. Look them up in Jena, la.

If I could put more than 5 stars I would because of the amazing work done by Dusty. He was extremely polite and professional He installed my unit perfectly! I noticed the difference instantly. The technician who came out was Dusty , and he immediately identified the problem—a clogged drain line—corrected everything, and the a/c was operational in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and exceptionally nice!
