WOW! This meal was the absolute best Mexican food I think I’ve ever had in my life, and I love Mexican food. I’ve never had tacos that taste this good. I got 3 tacos (Al pastor, nopales (cactus), barbacoa) I was excited to try the cactus so I ate it first… I wish I ate it last. The mild salsa was the perfect touch to the tacos. All 3 were great but the Al pastor was just phenomenal. I spent $19 for the meal and I’d do it again and again.

Even though it’s a food truck, there are a few tables to sit and enjoy the food. Al Pastor taco is a masterpiece! I believe this is southwest next legendary food spot.

We were able to catch this taco truck today as we headed back out of the Capitol Reef NP and into Torrey. There were several people waiting for orders but they were very efficient. Friendly service and the food was excellent. I had a burrito with chicken pastor. Friend had a mix of different tacos. All were very good. Likely will hit this again before I leave town. Don't hesitate to stop and get a great meal while passing through Torrey.

Probably the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life. Authentic and delicious. Just flat out good.

Delicious food! I’m a hard sell on Mexican food & street tacos in general & it exceeded expectations. I got the 2 taco combo with the El Pastor (SO tender) & the Nopales (cactus). The rice & beans were incredible too. The beans were so smooth. Everything was extremely authentic. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

We ordered 2 barbacoa tacos, 1 Al pastor, and an El Autentico. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The El Autentico is at least the size of 2 regular tacos. Definitely a place to stop if you are looking for a bite to eat!

My daughter found Autentico highly recommended and so we stopped on our way to Capitol Reef. It did NOT disappoint! Delicious, freshly prepared tacos, rice and beans. We all enjoyed our meals very much! Highly recommend!

No joke the best taco I've had in my life. I got the Al pastor pork and it was perfect in every way. This is a must go place if you plan on visiting Capitol Reef.
