I had a great experience at Dr Reddy's office. The customer service was impressive, the young Lady at the front desk was courteous and very welcoming. Dr Reddy was amazing!!! She is an excellent doctor, she knew exactly what was the issue with my eyes and helped alleviate my fear by giving me an explicit description of what was causing my discomfort. I highly recommend Dr Reddy for your eye care. The office is clean and the staff is very professional. You will not regret going there.

It was a pleasure to arrive for a doctor’s appointment and be seen immediately. The staff was kind and caring. All of my questions were answered. Dr Reddy was wonderful and quite personable. She is relatable and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist!!! Great appointment.

I have never had a physician deliver a not so welcoming diagnosis in such a human and caring way. This doctor is absolutely amazing. I left there feeling hopeful in spite of the news received. She took the time to explain images and even drew diagrams. She was my third and final opinion. Now we treat the condition. Smart, beautiful, compassionate, and caring describes Dr. Swathi Reddy. The staff there is extremely kind and patient as well.

DR.Swathi Reddy is very nice I like the fact that she listens to what you have to say and do her best to make sure your issues are resolved. And even if you feel like what you’re saying doesn’t even make sense she makes you feel comfortable. She is very good at what she does and very makes you feel like she is rushing she takes her time with you, she’s patience and has a great sense of humor.and her office is very clean and smells good.

Dr. Swathi Reddy is an excellent doctor. She's understanding and compassionate. She has even gone out of her way to serve me when I had a serious eye injury. Forevermore her eye patient.
