Francisco and Rolando were punctual, professional, and courteous during our window replacement. They efficiently installed a beautiful new window that opens smoothly and they went above and beyond by ensuring the window was well-sealed to prevent dust and protect the window. These guys are efficient and super nice! I placed a call for my water heater and Joe was at my apartment less than 1 hr later. He fixed the issue within minutes and even fixed another issue with my dryer. Not only quick with the fixes but he was very friendly as well!

We just had our master bathtub and shower head and faucet replaced and we are so happy about the result! We had a very old tub which was peeling on the surface which was not only ugly but also not functional. Francisco and Rolando did a seamless job of removing and installing in such professional manner. What’s more these gentlemen were very courteous and explained everything in detail. The cleanup job was exceptional and they left the bathroom much better and cleaner than when they first arrived. Thank you for your hard work, merry Christmas!

We found out we had to wait a couple of weeks to get our garage fixed, so they agreed to put in a nest thermostat and a new window to replace one with stains that wouldn't come clean. A couple of guys came immediately to lift the garage door so we could remove it from the garage. Later Rolando quickly installed the Nest, which works smoothly. Our garage has since been fixed, and we just got a call from Mike, I believe, letting us know that they are still waiting for the window to come in. I appreciate them keeping us updated without us having to keep calling! Thank you all!

Today I had Samantha and Candy do my move out inspection. They were great! Let me tell yall about Samantha! She needs to be promoted! She is very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and kind. Great service !

House isnt bad. There are some work that nee. to be don like the corner of the walls going to the kitchen are chipped. The A/C in the dining room, living room, and master bedroom dont work. The fences in the back yard are old and got holes in them. the floor near the oven is cracked.

Psalms 121:1 “ I lift up my eyes to the hills…where does my help come from? My help comes from the lord” I truly believe that my team Samantha and Candy were both heaven sent. To say the least my living situation was not the best and left me filled with anxiety as I knew I had to take ownership of my household. Prior to my pre inspection I informed Samantha of my situation and she provided me with my options. Her professional to the duty of her work and patience with me as I rambled off to cope with my anxiety aided in allowing me to feel comfortable with my task at hand. Move out day she remained professional when calculating charges and respectful to me within the process. Although the process was very humbling and embarrassing for me I did not feel judged.Thank you again team!!! It was greatly appreciated. I’m finally free!!!!!!!
