From the structural process to the finishing touches, everyone at Pulte has been amazing to work with. Christine in the sales office was great and Melissa was amazing entertaining our one year old while we picked out colors! Andrew was and has been fantastic. He answers questions and swings by the house to give peace of mind more than I could have imagined. We have been here just about a month now and the little work we have with Kevin has been quick and easy. Very well done, Pulte.

Ask for Dylan when you arrive because he is great at explaining what Pulte has to offer, My local realtor Randy Peralta suggested this community. he is top notch for bringing me to this community. I immediately fell love with the community, the environment, the amenities center. Randy suggested a certain model and upgrades and I'm very happy with my progress so far along with my husband. 10/10 so far. we are happy.

This is our 2nd Pulte home. Our very 1st home was built by Pulte. When we decided to move the SW Florida, we sought Pulte out. The experience couldn't have been better. Our construction manager, Andrew and our after purchase contact, Kevin both went above and beyond. We highly recommend Pulte Homes!

Absolutely love our community here at River Hall! Pulte built us amazing home and our construction manager, Ed, was amazing! He kept us well informed through the entire process. We have been here one year and Kevin has been extremely helpful with our warranty repairs. All have been minimal but they are very efficient getting everything fixed in a timely manner. Our neighbors are so friendly and our golf course is extremely well taken care of and beautiful. I would recommend River Hall and Pulte to anyone looking to build a new home!

This is our third home built by Pulte and we are very happy with them. You will always have some problems here and there, but they always seem to get it resolved. Very happy and highly recommend them.

We closed 4 days ago and are thrilled with our Pulte home. I would like to especially thank our construction manager, Juli for the wonderful job he did managing our project. He answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Juli kept us informed about our build every step of the way . Also want to thank Christine who was our realtor for her great advise to consider adding the gathering room. We are so pleased with our home and look forward to many years at RiverHall.

We bought a spec home that was near completion. Juli Hila, the construction manager was excellent and has been very helpful even after the closing. Melissa in sales was a true professional. We love the home and neighborhood. We highly recommend Pulte and River Hall CC to anyone looking to buy in the area.
