Check in online was easy and quick. I arrived 10 minutes early and was out just 10 minutes after my appointment time. Everyone I interacted with had a good attitude, good bedside manners, knowledgeable, etc. I was given a prescription and a referral quicker than I’ve ever thought was possible, and my prescription was only 1 hour later without any insurance issues. I’d recommended this location to anyone seeking care.

My family has been here three times now and each time the care has been excellent. They get you in right away, prompt testing and follow up. Very knowledgeable provider who takes the time to listen and explain everything. Super impressed. We won’t go anywhere else.

The women who work here are extremely compassionate, and very educated and helpful. I made an appointment online and checked in ahead of time on line as well. When I arrived, the receptionist was very kind the nurse was amazing as was the doctor! I was only there for one hour total, which is very quick for an urgent care.

The PA’s and all other staff at Carolina Urgent Care have never let me down - from the person working the front desk to the medical professionals, they are so caring, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I’m new to Chapel Hill and was worried about finding a solid Urgent Care to visit when I need to be seen right away. They always get me in ASAP and treat me with the best care!! I will ALWAYS choose this urgent care. The staff is efficient, friendly, and supportive and Dr. Kurian is a fantastic doctor; he will spend time with you and work collaboratively with you on the best course of action. This is the best one in the area!

I have been to Carolina Urgent care twice in the last 2 months and cannot recommend them highly enough. The place is spotless, they are informative and listen to you, I was seen immediately and felt very good about their diagnosis and help. In addition, my son and daughter in law are paralyzed and have complicated medical situations and they went a month ago and also highly recommended them to us as well, so we were very happy with the whole experience

Overall, I had a great experience for an urgent care! I am new to the area and have not yet established a PCP here so I had to find somewhere to get care for bronchitis. Their website is very user friendly and you can make an appointment online to avoid the typical long waiting times that most urgent cares have. You also have the ability to do your paperwork online and it is very straightforward and again, user friendly. When I arrived at my suggested check-in time I was seen by a provider within 15 minutes. The MA and PA that I saw thoroughly listened to my concerns and developed a treatment plan to get me back to where I want to be. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Really amazing staff. Got me in and out, so fast. Would definitely recommend scheduling appointment online and filling out any paper work online so things can go faster like it did for me. PA was very attentive to me my concerns. Thank you Carolina Urgent Care.
