Recently upgraded my phone & my mother’s phone with the Sales rep Andres. He was so incredibly kind, helpful, patient, informative, and prompt. His expert knowledge, dedication to customer satisfaction, and efficient problem solving make him an invaluable asset. Exceptional service that exceeded all expectations!!

Came to the store here with some questions about my bill that were answered and I also came to return an item that did not work for me. Andrew was a lot of help and he made this quick and painless. Will recommend this Verizon store. 5 stars!!!!

Took dad today. His phone was so messed up. He put an app on it without realizing, in return, shut off most of his incoming calls . Such a problem 🙁. We arrived, were greeted, and taken to a desk area where Andrew proceeded to help us. Trying everything, including a call to main support, he fixed it by finding the strange app, thank goodness. He was friendly, polite, and very professionally helpful. Thanks Andrew you are AWESOME!

Comming in today Alex King. was a huge help. i needed to return a device and was intending on paying to repair a screen. He showed me how to get my screen fixed FREE and gave me a box to ship my deivice. Great customer service!!

My wife and I have been a Verizon customer for approximately 15 years and always pleased with the customer service. Went to trade-in our 5 yr old Androids with the idea of getting new iPhones but Keith Mchardy, our salesperson, strongly recommended the Pixel 7 because of the trade-in value (only paid $20 per phone), and he believed we would be satisfied with the new phones. After using the phones for over a week, they have exceeded our expectations. Thank you Keith!

Keith helped resolve multiple issues with phones and my tablet. He encouraged me to use new features and figure out how to access contacts that my deceased husband had on his phone. I would recommend seeing Keith for all your Verizon needs.

The rep helped me today get my new pixel phone. We traded in my old phone for 400 off. I also bought a screen cover and case. He also helped me set up hey Google and showed me other stuff on the phone. Thank you.

I'm a 19 year veteran of Verizon so I'm a an old customer and I have to tell you that this is my favorite store and because I go out of the way come here? There's one that's at least 2 miles closer to my house. But it's worth it to me to come down here because I've always been treated well and the people are very nice about helping little old ladies who are technology challenged and that's what me as well as my friends and I've told them if they had problems become here instead instead other Verizon stores so I just wanted you to know the gentleman that helped me today was terrific and hes very patient even if he is a Yankee thank you?
