Very impressed with this location. Extremely friendly and professional in every matter that I contacted them for. I was taken on time and checkbin was a breeze. Very comfortable setting and the technicians were excellent in their explanations and bedside manner. I highly recommend them. I was pleasantly surprised, as you never know what you are going to get these days. A+ for everything.

The employees who were checking in patients were very friendly to everyone and very courteous when on the phone. The employee who came to get me from the waiting room had nice friendly smile and greeting. She was also the one to perform my service in a very friendly and professional manner. The whole office was efficient and quick !!

Every one at Image Care facilities are very nice, professional and friendly. I never have to wait long to get in. My only issue is that when I get the call to confirm my appointment, it the wrong time I was originally scheduled for. This has happened for my last two visits. Fortunately it wasn’t a problem getting in for my testing because the staff was so accommodating.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't have much of a wait time. My ultrasound tech was amazing! She informed me of everything she was doing and exactly what we were seeing in the sceen. I absolutely recommend them and I'll definitely be going back.

Very helpful and considerate staff. After having a terrible experience with the Jefferson site,this was truly worth the trip. Thanks to Linda and Jill also, the young gentleman at the front desk who helped me fill out paperwork.

Every single person I encountered was just lovely. The girl who scheduled my appointment doesn't even know how she made my day with her kindness, right after dealing with a different office where the staff was nasty and the Dr had a poor bedside manner. And both the girl at the front desk and my technician were just so sweet, even bright and early at 730 in the morning! Definitely recommend and would use them again in the future!

They have the best staff. Everyone is professional and proficient, yet warm and cheery. It makes getting the diagnostics you go there for almost pleasant, lol.
