Bob is the absolute best!! I’ve been to MANY pawn shops and this one is by far THE BEST! I didn’t even feel like I was in a pawn shop. He’s more than fair and most importantly, honest! While preparing to move out of state, I wanted to sell a few valuable but bulky items that I felt would be unnecessary to keep. The staff did a great job providing a great customer experience and making me feel like I got the best deal possible. I received very fair and reasonable offers for the items I wanted to sell and left feeling satisfied with the deal that was made.

I’m going to start off by saying that the owner is one of the best conversationist I have met in the Syracuse area. He is not only well informed and knowledgeable about his stock but easy to talk to. This is how customer service should be. The shop has a mixture of common and uncommon inventory, you can be sure you will likely find something that interests you. There is alot in his shop, so take your time to find the item that appeals to you. His prices are fair and reasonable. They don’t have shops like this anymore. I highly recommend. Keep this place in business and visit them.

We came to sell a ring, the sales associate was really nice and informative. He gave us a quote yesterday, we said we’d keep looking around and had no luck. We came back today, and he actually offered us more than he did yesterday and my fiancé left super happy! He was the most helpful person in the area when it came to selling our ring.
