We had an urgent need to find a storage unit. We live out of town so I did an online request on a Sunday. I immediately got a confirmation email. I followed up with a phone call around noon on a Sunday and someone picked right up and answered all of my questions. The next morning I received a call from the manager at the Cross Lanes, WV location, Pete Gaydosz. We talked about the facility and how the lock code boxes work, the hours, etc., and he answered all of my questions. He even offered to sell me two locks for the price of one since we ended up having to rent two of the smaller units. Pete is an awesome manager and is doing a fantastic job taking care of his customers. What a wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend!!!

Pete is great! The unit is great! The only thing I had a problem with is Pete couldn't give me the second month free due to the unit I rented. I would say to Management please do not advertise with an asterisk because my budget needed the free month. I still recommend the facility but read carefully.
