I am disappointed with my experience with Adina Eden. I wish I could give them zero stars. I placed an order for over $200 more than a month ago and have yet to receive my jewelry or even a shipping number. What's even more infuriating is their complete lack of customer service. I tried to contact them multiple times through email and Instagram, as they suggest on their website. They responded saying that they will respond within one business day. It has been over two weeks since that response and I have followed up multiple times via both platforms. My order has not moved and I have not received a shipping number. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Adina Eden to read the numerous one star reviews on Google and BBB and think twice. Save yourself the headache and frustration that I've endured. This company's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is absolutely appalling. I will never do business with them again, and I hope others heed this warning and steer clear of this untrustworthy jewelry brand. It is a scam.

I usually never post bad reviews but my experience here was horrible and don’t want others to have the same - I Purchased an earring here and was told by the sales associate that it was diamond and solid gold. Went home and looked at my email receipt to find out that the earrings were made with cubic zirconias and NOT diamonds AND the earrings were cheaper on the website than at the store. Adina Eden customer service was largely unhelpful and basically told me to go back to the store even though I do not live in the area and was on vacation in New York. Never received a refund only store credit. Also the fine jewelry quality is horrible I purchased the 14k gold curb chain ring and it broke the first time I wore it. Again adina Eden customer service was unhelpful and did not refund me- just got store credit to buy more low quality jewelry. I posted a review of my ring on the website so that others know it does not hold up and the review was never posted - really dishonest business practices.

Poorly run company. I made an online order during a free shipping promotion and was still charged, contacted customer support over 2 months ago with no response. The necklace I purchased I wore maybe at most 3 times, until it snapped halfway down… horrible quality for the prices these products are. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere, I’ve heard good things about their in-store piercing services however.

I’ve had such a horrific experience and strongly urge everyone to look elsewhere for jewelry. I ordered a hand chain which arrived defective. I contacted them countless times via email and phone and didn’t get a response. Finally after 2 weeks of trying I got a hold of a Customer service rep over the phone who told me I need to pay for shipping to return the product, despite the fact it arrived defective. When I asked for an alternative I was referred to a supervisor who gave me the option for a $50 reimbursement to help with the cost of getting the bracelet repaired. I never received a refund and have not received a response to my emails or voicemails. Stay away from this place. It’s gotten bad reviews for a reason and is truly a disgraceful business.

Poor quality. Jewelry breaks easily and I mean the fine jewelry. The gold plated is better in quality sad to say.Poor customer service, they only have two workers working the phone and you can hardly get them on. They do not follow up with you on orders or send you information on delay shipping.

I have given this brand so many fair shots and have bought so many pieces but they don’t last and each and every time, they break. The brand constantly tells customers to buy the fine jewelry so I bought five 14k gold pieces and spent a pretty penny on them. However, each and every time they always break. My rings and bracelets have broken and simply snap. I wish I could get my money back but all I can do is urge others to not purchase.

I deeply regret making a purchase from this company. The necklace I bought was extremely cheaply made and broke within 70 days. Apparently the warranty only covers 60 days. Alina Eden must realize how poorly made her jewelry is.

I understand and trust reviews and the overwhelmingly negative ones for this store made me sad. While I believe what everyone is saying, I think people are less inclined to leave positive reviews so I wanted to add mine. I went into the physical NYC store on Prince about 8 months ago and plan to go back again. At that time, I purchased two pieces of flat-back earrings that I have been wearing in my cartilage for the entirety of the 8 months now and have had zero issues. The piercer even swapped my jewelry for me. I also decided to buy a permanent bracelet when I was there and it’s been perfect. It stretched slightly due to the fact it’s such a delicate chain but I’ve since had it shortened with no issues. I’ve had permanent bracelets from other stores that have broken or gotten smashed, but my Adina Eden one has lasted. Perhaps I am the anomaly for having such a positive experience here. And I’ve never had to deal with customer service so I can’t speak to that. But I’ve been incredibly happy with all my purchases and the service I received in-store.
