Highly recommend this Verizon store! Marissa is AWESOME! She got me in and out quickly and resolved an issue with her expertise! I’ve had Verizon service for years and love it! It works very well here in Jacksonville and everywhere I go! So happy to have Verizon here in Jacksonville now! Way better than going to the one in Springfield, which always took forever waiting!

I showed up a just a little bit before closing time. Was able to get all of the data from my broken phone transferred over to a new phone and then got a screen protector installed onto that phone, all inside of 20 minutes. Also got half off the price of the screen protector because of a deal that I didn't even have to ask about. Awesome service!!!

Whitney was the best today. I came in and had no clue what I wanted but all I wanted was the IPhone 14 plus. I had no clue how to operate it but she was patient! I appreciate the service! Thank you so much!

Wasn't happy with the person that waited on us. Went in Sat down. The person had a pig nose ring thru their nose. Wasn't appealing to see talking to them about switching our service. Then a call came in on their store phn. Instead of asking them to hold or wait or call back. That person became more important than us. After a 10 minute wait we got up & left. We now went with Crickets Service & are extremely happy with our decision.

I hate to write a bad review because Fidelity seemed sweet but poor Fidelity. The other worker Marissa seemed to boss her around while completely ignoring us as customers. We walked in and waited for an hour while they both were helping other customers. Fine. Two other customers walked in who clearly had issues they had addressed earlier in the day so they were helped before us which was also fine. But Fidelity was working with one of them while another new customer walked in, Marissa directed Fidelity to help us after her current customer and took the new customers. At that time we had been waiting an hour so I asked Fidelity why Marissa hadn’t helped us instead and she said she wasn’t sure. I’m not sure what Marissa had against us but we didn’t say a word about the hour wait and she didn’t even give a glance 🤷🏻‍♀️. Anyway we finally started working with Fidelity after which she told us they didn’t even have the item available that we were looking for. If at least someone would have come over to assess our needs as customers (which they easily could have done while transferring phone information for the other customers), we would have found that out early on and wouldn’t have wasted an hour and a half of our time… sadly we left empty handed and frustrated and won’t be going back to this location.
