Wow! Yossi is a wizard !! Thank you very much Oz espresso for taking on the work on fixing the main switch and sorting out the pressure stat repair. My cherished Vintage Olympia Cremina 67, model 1968 is back in business. You're attention to detail was amazing. Now I'm able to make nice cappuccinos once again . It took a few weeks, as he has lots on machines to fix, so mine was in the queue (but the end result was worth the wait)! Invoices were sent for approval an all through out the process Oz espresso , kept me in the loop. There was even a personalised youtube video sent once the machine was repaired. That was a really nice touch! I'm a fan for life! If you need any work on your beloved espresso machine...., this is no doubt the place to go HANDS DOWN!!! THANK YOU OZ ESPRESSO FOR AN AMAZING JOB!

My Rancilio Silvia had a dead pump. I was thrilled to discover OZ. I called and was able to take my machine in the next day. Yossi's shop is very clean and professional, so my confidence soared. I received a used La Marzzoco Linea Mini from a lovely friend, but it hasn't been serviced for years. Excellent experience with my repair at Oz Espresso. I have an La Spaziale S1. This is an expensive machine, and I did extensive research before I brought my machine to Yossi. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend him. His price was both reasonable and fair, and his professionalism was top level. I drove an hour to have my machine repaired, but it was worth it!

Great repair and excellent customer service by Yossi! My 6 year old Zacconi Espresso Baby lever machine purchased from Christopher at Thomas Cara in SF (no more) developed a leak from the group head when the lever was down and could not build pressure. Reached out to Yossi via email and received an immediate response and coordinated drop off at his Richmond shop. Quote was for $321 for: Service Complete tune up: Take machine apart, remove group head assembly, Remove steam valve, and deep clean. Replace group head gasket kit + steam valve gaskets and install everything back and test for leaks. Parts New OEM group gasket kit Parts New OEM steam valve gasket kit Approved and turn around time for repair was ~2 weeks. Got lucky since he had had another Zacconi in and had ordered multiple parts so didn't have to wait the ~6 weeks for parts from Italy. Communication throughout the whole repair was excellent and Yossi was flexible on pickup accommodating a weekend pick-up. My "Baby" is restored to its amazing self. Yossi includes photos and video of the process which is helpful. 100% recommend!!!
