From check in to the actual procedure, 10/10! The receptionist was very friendly. The check in process was smooth, no long wait. Office was super clean. You can tell everyone is super organized and has been doing this for a while. the MA that assisted Dr. Goldsmith was super professional and supportive! I am so glad that i chose dr goldsmith! I was initially super worried about my sons tongue tie, but dr goldsmith answered all my questions and doubts. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel confident with proceeding with the tongue tie procedure. You can tell hes done man my procedures and very skilled. The actual procedure was so quick and smooth. My baby latched to the bottle right away, he literally cried for less than 20 seconds. No pain, no fuss. Its been 10 hours since procedure and no issues :) thank you so much to all the staff and dr goldsmith! Highly recommend for tongue tie.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Goldsmith for the first time today. I would give 10 stars if I could. We had a 9 AM appointment and was called into a room within 2 minutes of showing up. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. Dr. Goldsmith himself was very and great with my daughter who was nervous to be there. Very professional and knowledge. I have nothing but good to say about the visit!

Dr. Goldsmith is awesome!! He is very kind, clear and was wonderful with my daughter. The entire staff was very accommodating and the service was very fast and efficient. The office itself is so inviting and there are so many cool wall decals. The waiting room was also fun, so much so, my daughter wanted to hang out after being seen.

I brought my 3 year old daughter in for a hearing evaluation. She is terrified of doctors and I thought it wasn’t going to go well, but I was wrong. The girls in the office are super sweet & very helpful. The audiologist is great with children, even with mine who is extremely difficult. Dr. Goldsmith is a wonderful doctor I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs.

Dr Goldsmith & his staff are amazing. With no wait time and extreme patience with kids. He answered all our questions and was very thorough and informative with all our concerns. Highly recommend this doctor and his office

The Doctor told me my son didn’t need his tonsils & adenoids removed even both were swollen and my son sleeps sitting up. Went to get a second opinion and the doctor couldn’t believe what I had been told. He needs them removed asap

Dr Goldsmith and his team were nothing short of wonderful with my four year old daughter! Not only did they help us to avoid surgery but their bedside manner and warm, welcoming demeanor made her feel at ease. I recommend this office to anyone looking. The dr and staff are clearly working in the right field - they are just great with little kids. Thank you Dr Goldsmith and staff!

Dr. Goldsmith was great with our daughter, and her adenoidectomy seems to have been successful. However, his office and ProHealthcare were not forthright about the costs associated with the procedures (try asking the cost of a medical procedure - good luck!) and the surgical center he works with in Minneola is downright shady in their billing tactics. They asked me to pay a facility charge the day of the procedure, which I did, and now they’re being lazy about submitting the claim to my insurance. Unprofessional at best…I’ve spent way too much time on the phone trying to get them to do what they’re supposed to do. Hopefully this review gets someone’s attention.
