We were very pleased with Ethan & Brad, the technicians who installed our over the stove microwave. They were very friendly and precise in their work. They had to make some adjustments to our cabinets to make this fit even though there was one there before. Great job guys !!

Great job by Spott's appliance.I called around 11 am, with a water leak from somewhere under fridge. Tech showed up before 4, fixed the leak, and were done by 4:30, problem resolved. Thank you so much, Spott's appliance.

They go above and beyond with customer care! Our washing machine door broke and they were able to piece together a "new" door from used parts. There's nothing like a small town business!

They have come through for us in many ways Our brand new Frigidaire dishwasher that was installed. Loving all 3 tiers and putting to use. Runs quiet too. Hats off to the guys that came and installed it. Thank you Spotts Appliance!

My new washer was just delivered and I couldn't be any more pleased with the service by Ethan and Brad. They had an extremely difficult job: both the new and old machines needed to be lifted above a chair lift rail and carried up a flight of stairs. They were cheerful and respectful, there were no nicks, they cleaned up the packing materials and then waited for me to return from picking up my husband so they could show me how to work the washer. AND they shoveled snow off the outside steps while they waited. What wonderful people. I will never buy an appliance anywhere else.
