Hotworx is an awesome addition to my workouts. The red light therapy is great for my skin..and the sauna is a great way to keep burning calories all day long. The sessions change weekly so you’ll never tire of the “same routine” which is something that happens to me often at a traditional gym. Staff is also super friendly! 1000/1000 would recommend.

Best gym you can join. You don’t have to worry about working out in front of a bunch of strangers or waiting on someone to get off the equipment. The sauna makes it feel like you’ve done an hour workout in 15 minutes.

Really cool place, awesome staff, and place is always in pristine condition. The sauna concept is so much better than going to the regular gym, I burn way more and stay fit for less time in the gym, that’s worth it to me. Make sure you bring a towel to dry your sweat!!

Great experience and work out! Such an amazing workout, studio was clean and the staff is beyond friendly. The owner is wonderful and able to help with set-up and any questions. The members are also great to work out. I will definitely be coming back for a membership!
