10/10 would go to them again. Took my 16 year old sewing machine to them back in April. Took them a few weeks to repair but the results were well worth waiting for. I was able to finish my wings and costume in time for my convention.

Incredible place! Just got home with my new Brother PS500. The owner took a LOT of time (and I could tell they were busy) while I looked at a couple different machines. Was very respectful of my price range—not pressured at all. Threw in some little extras like bobbins to make it easier for me… customer service like how it was when I grew up in the Midwest in the 90s. And I know where to take it when it needs service. If you’re in the Philly area just come here!

Omg I love this place. My serger started skipping stitches. I tried to troubleshoot and messed the blades up. So I brought it in and he fixed it while I stood there in like 20 minutes or so. For less than $30. Highly recommended!

I've used their services a few times. I've had my vacuum serviced multiple times and it came back as new everytime. This week I purchased my first sewing machine and going to Mister Sew-Vsc was the best decision. He showed me how to use my new machine, offered support, and the maintenance/repairs are always available. So happy I purchased local instead of a big box store or Amazon. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. I was so impressed with the knowledge and skills that Were applied to fixing my brother embroidery machine. I have no issues with driving out the state I live in, into New Jersey just to go with Mister Sew Vac. Great guy who cares.

The sweetest owner was beyond helpful and so kind. He took my embroidery machine and inspected every part to find the problem, and had the most helpful advice. They also have an incredible stock in store. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Ron did an excellent job repairing my sewing machine in about 30 minutes at a reasonable cost! Mister Sew-Vac is the place to go for sewing machine repairs.
