My experience was amazing! I was greeted with a smile promptly. I was then introduced to Josh who was very friendly, efficient and methodical. My exam was completed by Dr. Matthews who was very personable and exceeded my expectations on every level. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had appointments with Dr. Courtney Matthews at Creekside Family Eye Center in New Bern. We were very impressed with the friendly, caring atmosphere of all the staff. The exam services were thorough and various options were presented to us regarding improving our vision. It’s obvious this practice really cares about their patients.

Dr Hobbs is very thorough and makes sure all of your options and questions are addressed. AND he has a great sense of humor making the office visit both professional and comfortable. The other staff members are also very knowledgeable, efficient and caring. So happy they opened an office near the Carolina Colours community!

Dr. Leary and his team are so thorough and caring! From the front desk to the team running the scans to the rest of the exam, it was an easy and pleasant experience. Dr. Leary even took the time to explain what he was looking for and answered all my questions.

The staff is wonderful and genuinely cares about their patients. The optical shop always cleans and adjusts my glasses any time they need it and go above and beyond to help me choose frames to suit me.

First off, Dr. Leary is absolutely wonderful! He has a great bedside manner and is helping me with my wonky vision disturbance. I was very confident when he told me that if necessary, he will tweak the lenses until we get my vision exactlywhere it should be:) The staff is extremely friendly. So much so, that while selecting my new frames, we were cracking up like friends on a crazy shopping spree! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

First of all, Dr. Kim is such a good example of a professional that one can count on for her interest in you, as a patient!! As well, her staff complement her ability to be such an ideal physician. Always a pleasure to have an eye appointment with them!!
