I came across D3 Home while shopping for a Nelson Criss Cross Pendant Light. D3 came back with an excellent price, so I placed an online order. In checking out, I realized that they are located in San Diego, so was able to a avoid shipping and pickup in-store. I visiting the store, I was pleased to find a friendly team that was helpful in on picking up my light once it arrived, as well as answering design questions. Great stories with wonderful section of furniture and accessories. I love my light and appreciated the customer service.

We are so happy to have stopped by D3 home we just love all the furnishings we purchased at the store. David was such great help with everything and went out of his way in helping us with selecting the area rug for our guest bedroom.

I purchased a new desk chair, and the entire buying experience with the team was great. They showed me all of the differences in the chairs I was deciding between and then let me sit in them for a long period of time. Making sure you are comfortable with an expensive purchase and then telling me to come back another day to try again to ensure I was making the correct decision instead of pushing me to buy after the first test is truly putting the customer first.

When it came time to purchase two office chairs, D3 was great to work with-- they informed me of an upcoming sale, were super knowledgable about the different models, and were communicative throughout the process from sale to free delivery.

We needed a cocktail table and counter stools for our condo and were searching for something out of the ordinary. So happy we found D3. We chose 3 Hecks Ottomans in place of a cocktail table. They add color and a modern look to our living room. Next were the stools. These Mackenzie stools were on the floor so we could sit in them ( very important for us). We chose colors for both the ottomans and stools that were not in stock and had to be ordered. They both came in perfect and when promised. The staff is knowledgeable, creative and, most important, really nice to work with. We will definitely shop there again!

After a year of back pain due to using a low-quality chair while working from home, we decided to head to the pros at D3 to check out some Herman Miller products. David helped us out and showed us the Aeron chair. It was great getting to test it out in the store and see all the different customization options available. D3 delivered my chair to my home, and unboxing a Herman Miller chair is so fun! The chair came fully assembled, so I literally just opened the box “door” and rolled the chair out! I’ve been using the chair for over a month now and I LOVE it! I don’t have back pain anymore, which is more than worth the price of the chair. The chair is so comfortable, yet supportive. My husband and I have purchased many items from D3 and love them all! The design expertise of each member of the team has helped refresh our home, which is so important as we spend so much time at home during these times. We will definitely continue to support this amazing local business!
