We got married at 49 Franklin this past weekend and we could not have possibly asked for a better experience! Scot and Cindy made the entire process so easy for our last minute wedding. They got back to us within hours of the initial email and were so pleasant to deal with the entire time. They took care of all of the details so that we didn’t have to worry about anything! The food was incredible, staff is professional, the DJ and light show was awesome, and they helped plan every last detail to make sure that the night went smoothly. All of our guests raved about this gem of a place and the delicious food! We will absolutely consider going back if we ever need to rent a space like this again. Thanks again Scot and Cindy for making our day SO beautiful and so special - we are so thankful for you both!

49 Franklin was a rare gem among the many venues that were available for our wedding. When I found 49 Franklin and met with Cindy, I knew we would regret not booking with them ASAP! Cindy and her husband Scott are very experienced with weddings and keeping everything running smoothly. As a first-time (and only time) bride, it was invaluable to have Cindy and Scott's expertise about our music, catering, and table settings and decorations. Weddings are always stressful to plan and execute smoothly, but that exactly what happened when we hired Cindy and Scott to help us with our big day. We were able to communicate effectively and had such an amazing value that he'd us stay on budget and still have the wedding of our dreams. Cindy and her staff even packed up our decorations and prepared leftovers for my husband and I so we wouldn't have to worry about dinner the next day. The venue location is next to Rumford Falls and I must say that the photos there were gorgeous! Please consider 49 Franklin if you are planning a special event and want people who will listen to what you want, and keep you at ease through the whole process. Went to a concert here and it was great. My only complaint is that it was cold in the old church.

Came here for a wedding, we met the owners and they were wonderful ! They were the caterers the dj and part of the entertainment.. they were old family friends of the bride.. we had a great time and a a freat small venue for a wedding! Real small town feel !

Love this place for local entertainment! Especially Friday Night Live! There is a huge variety of shows - comedy, music, magic, etc. It's also a gorgeous wedding venue.

Very nice place. Nice owners. Great atmosphere. Great performers. Dueling pianos were amazing!

The shows have not been great, but the venue is great and the food is good.
