Great company. Excellent drivers. They are polite, quick and excellent appearance. Works with you on your bill. I would never change pickup service. Also sends us an email mail that will let us know if our pickup day is changed for some reason.

waste management starts out great with great service and pricing. however they miss pickups all the time and raise your bill steadly it has gone up 50% in the last 4.5 years.

Had service for 2 months and they only pick up the trash that is in my dumpster that is provided bye them. I have a little round trash can that has sat there full sense I've had service with them. They just leave it and have yet to empty it

Auto pay for services services get disconnected due to lack of payments then they can't even pick up their container after you cancel your services i am not a fan of waste management and I don't suggest using them in a rural area

They skip a pickup every month on our road. You can almost see the dump from my house. My neighbor (sister-in-law pays $100 less than me for the same service! The employee is great, but the one employee bang's my tote on the road so hard that it knocked the wheels off and cracked the tote to pieces. I have two totes like this. Going to have to buy another one soon.

If anyone needs a disposal service, check with Waste Management. I have had their service for years and have never had a problem with them. They do an awesome job. If trash falls out, the driver will pick it up. They are reliable. You won’t be disappointed with their service🤗.

This company is a JOKE. They will take your money but not pick up your trash. Out of the last 4 months they have missed a pick up every single month but never credited our account. 80 and sunny but they come up with some excuse as to why they can’t pick up, the landfill is 3 miles from our house. I spent 55 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone about canceling our service. At 1 hour the call was diss connected. I’m not sure how they have any customers. Highway prices around and still can’t do what they’re paid for. Their customer service is a joke. There isn’t one. Don’t waste your money. Go with JnK. They actually provide the service you pay for.
