I can not get enough of Dylan and his new shop, I use to go see him when he worked for a different shop! Now that he is a mile from my home it’s even better! Dylan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to these products and has a real passion for whipping up yummy shakes/teas that are not only amazing for you but they really feed your soul too! I always leave his place feeling better than I did before. He has come really far and I can’t wait to see where he goes with Flat Iron Nutrition under his ownership! 10/10 recommended ✨

Fantastic energizing teas. Lots of variety and so many choices for nutritional drinks and amazing protein shakes. Service is personable and welcoming. Dylan the owner is so knowledgeable about all the menu offerings. He can work with you so you get what you want and what you need. I love this place. So happy to have this business in downtown St. Cloud.

I’ve known Dylan a little over a year now, and I love going into his club. The shakes and teas are very bold in flavor (visually appealing as well), and there’s a wide variety to choose from and as well as the items being appropriately priced. He’s got a lot of great goals for his nutrition club and makes ALL of his customers feel welcomed. It’s a happy/energetic atmosphere the minute you walk through the door. He does a lot of great things for the community as well and is willing to go the extra mile to establish relationships inside & outside his business. Overall, he is very dedicated to health & fitness and can help educate you about your own goals you may be trying to reach (he is a personal trainer after all). Definitely stop in if you get the chance to, you will not regret it. As always don’t hesitate to spread the word and bring in a friend or something, it’ll only help the business grow and thrive!!

This place is amazing! I moved to Saint Cloud 2 months ago and have been looking for a Herbalife club. Upon arrival I walked in and was greeted like a part of the family! ( THANKS DYLAN) As you can see the shake was amazing Rice Krispies it didn’t make the picture 😂! This is the Captain America lift off tea. I took this photo in the shop, that drink was devoured as well. Again stellar service and I will be coming back again and again! Thank you again!! Went with my friend the other week for the first time and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The drinks themselves are very unique and have different flavors and types for everyone. This is definitely a great place to stop into for a unique experience/drinks.

This place has a solid 5 stars for a reason. The atmosphere makes you not want to leave that place. And Dylan makes everyone feel welcome. There’s a variety of shakes, teas, ETC. that are healthier, and more filling, then 90% of the places in town. You’ll for sure find something you’ll want to come back for. This place is the definition of a “hidden” Gem. The perfect alt for energy blend.

Dylan is super friendly and informative! If you have any questions towards different products or ingredients he is quick to answer with resourceful information! If there is a certain flavor of shake you prefer that isnt listed on the menu or in the market to try new things he has tons of recommendations to fit to you personally! I ordered my bulk products from Dylan and not only did he tell me how to make my favorite shake, he helped find some recipes on a few shakes I was interested on trying ! Super great experience from walking into the doors at Flat Iron to returning back to my day. Fantastic!

My friends and I love coming here after our workouts in the morning. Dylan is funny and super friendly to all of us. The shakes and teas are fairly priced compared to other shake shops i’ve been to. Such a cute little place! I would highly recommend stopping by😌

I've stopped by a few times to pick-up a delicious tea. I LOVE the beautiful murals and the ambiance here is great too. I haven't tried any of the shakes yet, but I'm kind of obsessed with the Summer teas. I've had the peach boosted tea a couple of times (DELICIOUS, btw!!) and I'm looking forward to trying a different one next time... Watermelon, maybe? 😋 Great job, Dylan, and I love your shop!

This place never disappoints. Been coming here for a year now and still easily the best nutrition shop in the area. Dylan the owner is super friendly and great to talk too, he also makes the best shakes and teas in town.

Best place in St. Cloud to go for athletes looking to get a boost of energy before a game or to recover after practice. Dylan makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in the doors. The variety of flavors in teas and shakes makes it so theres always something new to try and the menu is always changing.

The atmosphere is great at flat iron, the art on the walls is from local youth. The shakes and teas are delicious. You will be greeted with a smile. All around a wonderful place to grab a nutritious meal in St.Cloud.

We had flat iron nutrition as a treat for our employee appreciation. Let me say their shakes are amazing and a lot of flavor varieties. I also love the tea selection that they offer. If you have not tried it yet… what are you waiting for? In addition the staff are super friendly so as the owner.

Dylan is awesome and the shakes are amazing! He also allowed my Cathedral students to complete a mural inside the location to get their art out in the community- definitely one of their favorite parts of the year!

Great place I go there often amazing shakes! I know the guy who runs it personally he puts his heart into what he does there an makes sure the customer is well taken care of!! Highly recommend especially for the gym people 😁 and everyone else! Your missing out if you haven’t already gone!!

I love the shake shops in town but Flat Iron is hands down my FAVORITE! I’m more of a citrus girl over sweets and the owner Dylan, makes the best Lava shakes ever that I haven’t seen anywhere else. If you are looking for someone to guide you into a healthy lifestyle, hands down Dylan is your guy. Even after my challenge has been long done, he still checks in with me often and is always open to give me nutrition advice. I’ve definitely gained a friend as a bonus! Don’t think about checking it out.. RUN!

12/10 would recommend. I’ve never had a bad time coming to Flat Iron. The menu of Boosted Teas to Shakes is impressive but not an overload. Everything is delicious and has nutritional value to help you feel better, recover better, provide protein ect. The owner and operator is very knowledgeable and friendly. He makes sure that all the customers feel like friends and feel welcome anytime to the store. Their Instagram postings for shakes of the day or repost from people that stopped by definitely shows how active they are in the community. (Support small business)
