If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable bed and breakfast close to Zion National Park, then look no further. This charming establishment offers guests a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, with comfortable rooms and delightful hosts. One of the standout features of this bed and breakfast is the amazing food. The breakfasts were delicious and were great fuel for a day of hiking or exploring in Zion National Park. In addition to the great food, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location is also a real highlight. You can walk into Zion National Park to catch the shuttle and are also within walking distance of the amazing restaurants in town. And last but not least, the hosts are a wealth of knowledge about the area and park. They can give you valuable insight on what to do around the area. They basically gave us our itinerary for our 3 days in Springdale and everything they suggested was great and many of the things we won’t have found without them.

My friend and I stayed with Noel and Suzette for 3 wonderful nights at Harvest House B&B. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts, the property, and our overall stay! First things first: the breakfast! Noel was courteous and catered to our preferred time of eating, between 7-8:30. The food was delicious and healthy, the coffee was really good! It was perfect servings for us who were out the door most mornings by 8 am to grab the shuttle into Zion. It filled us up for our hikes! The property is really nice, parking is plentiful, and amenities were great. The room was big and clean, and tastefully decorated. The hot tub and backyard - amazing! Can’t beat the views. Suzette and Noel were always a text or call away, and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. They were strict with masks in the house unless seated - which we really liked. Guests were properly separated for breakfast, so we felt safe the entire time. I highly recommend staying at Harvest House Bed & Breakfast while in Zion! You will not be disappointed! We loved our stay at the Harvest House! The breakfast was incredibly good. Perfect location for visiting Zion National Park. Hosts are extremely friendly and helpful for planning your tours. Rooms are big and extremely comfortable. We especially loved all the nice details all over the house and our room. We would definitely love to come back!

Harvest house is amazing! The location and the breakfasts cannot be beat! Noel and Suzette are so friendly and full of knowledge about the Zion hikes. We had a wonderful stay and would book here again in a heart beat! The rooms are clean and really nicely decorated. But those breakfasts... Noel must have been a professional chef in a previous life.

We had the best time staying here, don’t even think about staying anywhere else near Zion. Harvest House was the perfect place to explore Zion from, starting with the incredible views from the rooms. A short walk to the park entrance as well as many delicious restaurants! Also highly worth the stay for the delicious breakfasts even on weekdays, and for the very comfortable rooms. Noel and Suzette were incredible hosts and helpful for planning our trip as well. Thank you!

My fiancé and I loved our stay at Harvest House. Noel and Suzette were so warm, welcoming and were great at communicating! The rooms were very cozy and they provided all the amenities we could wish for during our hiking trip. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Even when we went hiking early in the morning, Noel made sure to set breakfast aside for us in the fridge so we still had a great meal before a long day. The hot tub was also stellar after all the adventures of the day. I kept telling my fiancé how comfortable I would feel as a solo traveler staying here. Highly recommend!

My wife, Theresa, and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by Noel on arrival, and we found him extremely kind and informative. The house and property are lovely and perfectly located, as it is within a 10 minute walk to Zion National Park. It is also right next to a shuttle stop, so you have options. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the breakfasts provided by the hosts. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, and we would not hesitate to come back.

One of the best AirBnb we’ve stayed at. The house felt cozy and safe. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The beds and sheets were really comfortable! We got really good sleep. The showers were so nice! The patio views are amazing! The location is in a good spot, while it’s only a 10 minute walk away from the park. Noel was very nice and informative. He gave us really good recommendations that we did and were willing to worth it! He even gave us a map and marked where everything was which was really helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Harvest House was the perfect bed and breakfast for our couples Zion getaway. Noel and Suzette are kind, generous and knowledgeable hosts. The morning breakfasts were outstanding and fueled our hikes. Our hosts helped us maximize our time in the park and gave us great dinner recommendations. The location is perfect - less than a mile from the entrance into the park and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. If you're coming to Zion, don't think about staying anywhere but Harvest House.

Wonderful stay. We reserved a different accomodation first but they had a problem with airconditioner, directed to move to Suzette and Noels' B&B. Although they were on vacation, they gladly accomodate us. Honestly I did not know what this place was and it was our first experince with American B&B, didn't know what to do but Suzette kindly explained for us. How much we felt safe with them especially we were in the foreign country and zero confident in my language! The room were very clean and comfortable, the view from the terrace was amazing! Noel direct us to the wonderful place for drive (I on purposely don't attach the photo. I strongly recommend ask them where and how.) We wanted to stay some more days but had to move to Las Vegas where almost no hotels treats people as human being... This was a wonderful experience in the US. I will definitely stay again if I will have chance to visit again. Thank you!!

Suzette and Noel are in the top 2% of B&B operators. Their facility, hospitality, and breakfast meals were all set for royalty. The B&B is so convenient to the Springdale shuttle which will take you to the Zion NP shuttle. You can sit in their backyard under the guarding eye of "The Watchman", a most picturesque setting. I would give this B&B 10 stars if I could.

Amazing. You must book the watchman room. King bed and an amazing balcony for sunrise and sunset. Noel is an amazing chef. The breakfast was top notch daily. We will be staying here again our next visit. Also, take his advice on trails and activities. He was super helpful.

We stayed there for 3 nights in September. It was wonderful. The reservation process was easy. The hosts Noel and Suzette were incredibly helpful in knowing what to do around Zion. The location is a short walk to the park. Plus they gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The breakfasts were gourmet although if you are a big eater you may not be filled. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We could not have asked for better accommodations. We highly recommend The Harvest House.

Talk about a great experience! Suzette and Noel were so knowledgeable about Zion I grew up close to Zion's and was shocked at how much I was missing. The house was perfect, felt like we were at home in a really classy way. We stayed in the two room suite that opened out onto the balcony. It was clean with extra towels and pillows. It was so nice having so much space. Fresh coffee and biscuits in the morning, that were delicious. You can rent their ebikes which I would HIGHLY recommend it was a blast riding through the canyon. Super helpful, 10/10 would stay again.

My husband and I had a great stay with Noel and Suzette. They helped us figure out the best hikes for us. They had cookies ready for us when we got back. The breakfast options were great even on the complimentary days. The bed/pillows/sheets were comfortable and the shower was hot. We would highly recommend.

Just checked out this morning after two nights at Harvest House. Noel and Suzette are fantastic hosts and their recommended restaurants and hikes were great. The room and attached bathroom were super clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good and I met some other really nice guests during my stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Noel and Suzette were wonderful hosts, and we could not have asked for a better B&B experience. On our day of arrival, Noel greeted us and was a great resource for Zion. He also let us know if we were interested, they would be hosting a Thanksgiving dinner for the guests. We arrived just in time for Thanksgiving dinner from our morning hike, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal they made from scratch. In short, it was great experience, and we felt welcomed like we were longtime friends. Our room was comfortable, and it felt like a lot of personal touches went into the decorations/updates they recently completed. We also took advantage of the availability of an EV charger (they have both regular and Tesla chargers). Stix, their pup, is adorable and so friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would jump at the opportunity to stay at Harvest House again in the future- 5/5 stars.

We loved our stay at the harvest house. It was close to the Zion national park entrance. The hosts Noel and Suzette are super friendly and helpful. We were contacted ahead of time and the check in was easy. We even got to park at the property ahead of time. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Sight of lovely hummingbirds in the garden was an unexpected treat.
