Love the infrared sauna!! I go there once a month to get rid of the toxins in the body. Love the feeling after a 30 minute session!! And the staff are all so helpful and friendly. Great place to destress and cleanse!

Cory is amazing. I honestly have never felt so relaxed and in less pain than after my massage today. There were times when I wanted to have him stop because it hurt, but it hurt in the best possible way and I knew that I would feel better after and I do. Cory is 100% amazing and I will definitely be back. Worth it

I've gone in and seen Pete for a couple sessions now and I can say after 20 years of getting therapeutic massage I have only had one other person that is on his level as a masseuse. He suggested cupping for this session and it was a game changer. I can't recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for therapeutic massage.

I called last minute on a late afternoon as a first time customer to try their infrared sauna, and they booked me in same day just 45 minutes later! Indigo is my go to therapist! With my history of locked muscle’s from overuse, contractions and and neck spasms requiring ER visits , I look for advanced masseuse’s that are skilled beyond simple relaxation. Indigo is very skilled and knowledgeable in addressing trigger pain points during therapeutic massage and focused myofascial release. I have had 2 sessions with her and was in acute muscle pain with limited range of motion in my shoulder and neck. She was patient in discussing my pain & muscles issues. I left with a noticeable improvement in my pain level and range of motion. I highly recommend her if you suffer from chronic pain, or painful muscle overuse with muscle spasms that restrict your mobility.

This was my second visit, and both times were wonderful! The therapeutic massage focused on an area I've been having trouble with and I am very happy with how I felt when I left. I'll definitely be back!
