    WM prices are the most in the area. my bill went up $100 more than the last quarter. I understand that fuel and gas prices are increasing but not my paycheck. Also, once you cancel, they charge you 75 dollars to pick up the old garbage can from property. Pay attention to your bill the price will creep up.

    Waste Management consistently provides the best service in our area. They always notify us by text and email if the schedule changes due to holidays or inclimate weather, where I see other companies let their customers' trash and recycle containers sit by the road for days. Waste Management is respectful of my property and containers, where other companies leave containers on their side after pick up. We appreciate Waste Management and have been satisfied customers for many years.

    Their services are fine while their rate starts off reasonable. Then quarter after quarter you'll see constant increases in your bill. You will need to call to get a reduction and beg or pay the extremely high fees, also be prepared to sit constantly on hold 15-30min each time you call them. If you like being surprised with new high charges on your bills, enjoy throwing away your money, and waste your time on calls - this is the best company to help you do that.

    In one year, our bill went from $78 to $173 without any changes in service. I called and they found a “discounted rate” of $153 which is essentially double my rate from one year ago. I know that there has been increases in all services but I bet the front line workers who pick up our trash have not seen a salary increase of 100%.

    I cancelled my service a few months ago like 10, and no one has stopped by to pick up your containers, I have been storing them for at least 10 months, I think you owe me money for storage, since you probably already charged me to have them picked up. Maybe you can waive the fee. HA! HA! Now that would be a nice customer service bonus. Not to happy with your charges, it is getting too expensive and there seems to be a charge increase every time I want to renew. So I cancelled instead. I understand cost of operations, surely there is something you can do to stop the increases from year to year. Maybe owners take a salary cut? I feel that won't happen. Just please pickup your cans I am getting tired of looking at them in my yard.

    I’ve been a customer of WM for seven years and received an increase of $175. For the past two years WM has reduced my bill, but this year the first two phone operators said they could not help me. I found an affordable company and when I canceled my service with WM I was told that if I decided to return they could give me a discount. I said, “Too late!”

    Beware of the increase on your bill! WM can increase your bill (it says it on fine print) at anytime to any amount. My bill doubled without notice and I can't get ahold of any representative at WM to talk about it. I tried calling and the prompts just keep repeating and it doesn't take me to a human, once it just hung up on me. The chat person online told me they can't help me and redirect me to the number that takes me to the prompts.

    I have no complaints about the service or the customer service. My only "complaint" is how quickly the increases occur to keep the service we have. My rate has increased about 60% over the last year! It's getting crazy again, and may need to find an alternative despite the good service.
