This power plant looks so gigantic even from 10-15 miles away. Today I got the opportunity to take a look from closest possible distance. Except the continuous exhaustion of smoke from the chimneys I kind of liked the structure of the chimney! After all they are very important for the power generation for hundreds and thousands of peopleโ€™s everyday lives.

Incredible how big the plant is the smoke going into the clouds is insane. it like blends in so well itโ€™s crazy to think that that powers millions of homes in the area and itโ€™s green energy. definitely a must see if youโ€™re visiting around the area I would totally take the trip to see something so insanely big. one thing I will mention that youโ€™re not allowed around the grounds thereโ€™s no trespassing signs so if you are going to take pictures or try to get closer to the plant just keep that in mind that there is a Security search and their signs posted everywhere but still take the time to go see it because you can see that miles away on the highway.

I've always found nuclear power plants fascinating since I first went on a tour of Salem in Southern New Jersey. It also has a unique memory for me because I when I was taking flight lessons we actually flew (unintentionally) straight through the steam plume. I did mention to my instructor that it might not be the best idea to loiter..
