Loved the cabin "The Woodshop" Private master bath with a half bath for our kids. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room. Easy booking, and great Host.

Craig was so kind. The cabin was so thoughtfully stocked and the price was crazy good. Craig’s breakfast burritos filled us up for the biggest hikes I’ve ever done, and he even shared some of his homemade salsa. He grinds his own coffee beans too! This is a wonderful spot and I will tell everyone about it forever :)

Me & my husband both have been going to the cabin in the woods for a few years & we absolutely love it however we have a 4 1/2 drive to get there however it’s well worth it. The previous owners Phil & Donna were also super nice & now Craig is extremely nice as well .

Hawk is a top notch host. This is my 2nd time here, and I will be returning. We enjoy riding the Cherahola Skyway, the Dragon, and Hwy 28...and the Cabins In The Woods is a perfect spot to set up a basecamp. Brought my son this trip for his first Dragon ride, and will book one of these cabins the next time we come up.

We stayed in the “Wood Shop”. It has plenty of space. Great accommodations. Mountain Views from all directions. Very clean and cozy. Recommend!!

Excellent place to stay. Craig is super accommodating and the hiker cabin is spotless. Plus it has Satellite TV, nice shower, toilet, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. More than what any hiker would think would be included for $25 a night. Big thumbs up!

Beautiful. Close to hiking trails. And a perfect deck with rocking chairs to drink coffee and relax in the cool morning mountain air. All amenities provided and some inside the cabin. Very clean. Only caution is if you are very sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke- the woodshop cabin does smell faintly of it. Everything is so clean though, you won't notice it unless you're very sensitive.

We stayed at the "Cabin in the Woods" in the "Chicken Coop" cabin from April 5th - 9th. It was great; (clean, hospital and charming) we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for us slack pack hikers. We were pleasantly surprised by all the offered amenities. Craig provided excellent shuttle service (never late, knowledgeable and courteous). We had a great time staying there and recommend anyone looking for a pleasant get away this is the place. We plan on going back !
