Chris went above and beyond assisting me with my phone issues. I felt he listened extremely well to my concerns and then offered excellent suggestions to fix these issues. I plan on utilizing Chris will all my iPhone issues. Not only this experience did Chris do an exceptional job, I had Chris help me prior. Every interaction I had with Chris and been outstanding. The entire Verizon store has helped me in many ways and continues to do an excellent job giving customers a wonderful experience. Especially Chris I felt he had remarkable customer services skills but also was personable. This caused me to feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you Chris.

Chris patiently answered my questions, and waited after I had to reset my passwords. Got my daughter's very first phone setup perfectly. He was very knowledgeable about things and even helped her put on her popsockets.

I have called this place more than 3 times to fix an account issues and Chris always says only the manager Sherry can fix it. So I ask for a call back, leave my number Nothing. So I call again and Chris says Sherry left mid day and never came back to work I’ll have her call you back. Nothing. I have tried to get ahold of someone for multiple months to fix an account issue and NO ONE will help. My father has stopped in numerous times. Same thing stating Sherry will fix the issue and there will be a credit back to the account. NOTHING. super disappointed in the customer service. Zero willingness to help.

We came in with a LOT that we needed help with on our accounts, and Chris spent most of the afternoon helping us get it all sorted. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the time spent to make sure everything got set up exactly how we wanted. I would absolutely recommend going to this location for anyone in the Le Mars area looking for a great Verizon store experience.

Mel was the best rep ever. She explained everything. Sioux City offices never explained anything. They always were too busy. She helped get any questions I had answered. This Verizon location is the best!

My family and I have been going to TCC Le Mars for years. There is just something about how welcoming they are the second you walk in the door. I have purchased my last 2 iPhones from Chris and he has been a pleasure to work with. You can tell he truly cares about what the customer wants, and not just worried about making a sale. He is friendly, polite, and makes you walk out of the store knowing you chose the right place to go. Thank You Chris and all the outstanding employees at TCC.
