New and super well maintained. Nice pool and clubhouse. Cleanest bathhouses ever. Multi-head showers. The owners are super nice and socialized with us regularly. The snowbird crowd has been so nice and fun. The location is great. 10 minutes from beach. 5 mins from food, shopping and more. We are already booked for next year.

I am so glad I found this place! We were in town this weekend for a cheer competition and this was the perfect location! Even on a busy Spring break Saturday it's 13 minutes to the beach & 7 minutes to the outlets, but it's surrounded by trees so you don't feel like you're in the middle of town. Everything is so clean and well kept! The bathrooms are wonderful! They've got a shower sink and toilet in each room instead of just stalls. The pool is very nice, and the club house room was so cute! I also really appreciate the owners not requiring all campers to be newer than 10 years. I've already been telling all my camping friends, and w e will definitely be back soon!

If you are planning a trip to the Gulf Shores area, this is the RV park to stay at. On top of being very clean and conveniently located (only 10 minutes to the beach), it is like a home away from home. The people are absolutely fabulous. It really feels like a community. The pool is beautiful and great for kids (and adults) of all ages. The shower facilities are immaculate. They even have rain shower heads!! All of the sites are on well kept concrete pads. There is plenty of space to walk or ride your bike. The park is very pet friendly. The owners are amazing people. I’m only giving them 5 stars because I can’t give them 10. This is the only place we will stay in the Gulf Shores area.

Fantastic new RV park. Good location just off of Rt 59. The owner and hosts are wonderful people, and honestly care about their customers. The park is new, so there are no trees if you're looking for shade. Very satellite friendly. Huge concrete pads. Showers are top notch. Private rooms with plenty of hot water, water pressure, and new rain heads. Only (minor) complaint is that the new concrete pads are graded, and leveling pads will be needed. Highly recommended.

We stayed here when we reconnected with an old high school buddy and his wife that I had not talked to in 30+ years. This was a fantastic trip and a wonderful RV park. We were also here for the shrimp festival for the first time and that too was enjoyable. The park is new and very nice. We have stayed in several RV parks and this one is much more Big Rig friendly than most of those that claim they are. I just hope when more people find out about it we will still be able to get a site in here when we want to visit the area. We will be back Scott! We originally booked 4 nights and ended up staying 10. Great location on the south side of Foley with quick and easy access to the Beaches. Super clean facility with concrete pads and really good Wi-Fi. Owners were extremely friendly. Thank you Scott and Gayle, we will see you again!!

We have camped here twice. The owner Scott is extremely nice, he is very intune with the camping customers, and wants to listen to what the people have to say. The resort is nice,clean,and well layed out.The sites are level and are't to close to each other. The pool is clean and nice, showers and restrooms are super clean and roomy. The laundry is clean and the meeting room looks nice.Location of resort is centrally located to Foley, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach,AL. The resort is quiet and not in the middle of all the crowds. Super nice! We love it!

We stayed here for 5 days back in early February 2023. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are beautifully kept. Very clean large private showers and bathrooms. Great laundry facilities that was half the cost of a state park laundry facility. The owner and camp host couldn't have been more nice and accommodating. We are planning on coming back next year. We will stay even longer next time!
