It is so sad to see an untruthful review accusing management of false statements made in a public forum. Living here has been amazing. The Community Manager Zach answers issues always within 24 hours if not immediately and the assistant managers do an amazing job keeping the community safe and clean. The most recent poor review made makes untruthful accusations related to comments made in a public group chat and paints management in a poor light which is entirely incorrect. There is a reason why The Mark is one of the fastest leasing buildings with one of the highest resident renewal rates and it's the residents happiness with both management, maintenance, and the amenities. I highly suggest touring and signing here.

I’ve lived in west campus four years, and The Mark has definitely been the best place, not only where I have lived, but anywhere I have visited in the area. The amenities are great, especially the gym and the indoor courtyard and rooftop. The staff are absolutely amazing. Any concerns I’ve brought up have been looked into and solved, which is way more than I could say for anywhere else I’ve lived in west campus, as the staff actually cares about what their residents think. They genuinely try their best to make fun events for residents and to have a good relationship with us. If you see a negative review from a person named Claire, the things she said were atrocious and absolutely tone deaf, so pay her review no mind. It’s simply a person hurt at being called out for their erroneous beliefs by the rest of the residents from The Mark who disagreed with her views and her treatment of others.

I’ve lived at the mark for about 6 months now and absolutely love it! The amenities are top tier and being here with the close walking distance to campus and my best friends has been a highlight of my college experience for sure. Maintenance does play around and are always on top of taking care of the mark which was super important to me when selecting an apartment to live in west campus. Overall the management and living experience has been great and our community manager Zach seriously cares about all of the residents and is always on top of his game! Can’t thank him and the Mark staff enough!

As a freshman, transitioning to college was a bit scary, but the Mark has been nothing but an amazing experience. The staff are highly responsive and friendly, responding to our various troubles in a timely fashion. The amenities are well-maintained and abundant, offering residents both spaces to relax, as well as spaces to focus on their studies better.

Absolutely the BEST place I could have chosen to live this year. The staff is incredible and so kind, and any issues brought up by residents are solved quickly. Aside from the technical aspects, The Mark is beautiful and well kept.

This is my third year living in west campus, and I can confidently say The Mark has provided the best living experience. The apartment’s amenities are great and I love the two story gym! Also, the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive to their residents’ needs.

I’ve been living at The Mark for about 2 Months now and it has been great!! The staff is very helpful and allows you to feel included in many of the activities they host. Our maintenance crew is amazing and will get everything fixed in minutes. The study lounges are my favorite part of living here and they are always so nice. I have enjoyed my time at here and hoping on resigning my lease with my roomies.

I really love living at the mark. There are a lot of nice amenities including the gym and lounge which I love. The staff is here really nice and they always try to make it better for us whenever we have a problem. I also love using the sauna and the study rooms are really nice especially the 17th floor room with a view of Austin. I would recommend signing here for anyone.
