We got a nail in our tire at the tail end of a long road trip. Called this place after seeing the high reviews on Google. The woman who answered was so kind, made sure we had directions, and told the mechanics we were coming in. When we got here, the guy at the desk knew why we were coming in right away, got the car in, and within 15 minutes they were done. I wish we lived closer so we could use these guys again.

Truck's hub bearing blew on my trip from sc to Mi. These guys treated me like I was a regular customer. Had me back on the road within the same day! I would highly recommend. They took great care of me and I felt really good I was getting treated fairly. Thanks guys!

This is where I go to get my tires. Dodgie the owner is a very nice person and is always smiling. He is an honest person that will treat you right No matter what you need done to your vehicle. From tires to mechanic work. Local owners, just good down home people with great values. I give them 5 star's. Amazing people

Our alternator died as we were passing through on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. A kind soul answered the phone a half hour after the business had already closed. We rolled into town just as the car died. The manager stayed late to make sure we would have a part that could be picked up the next morning and found a guy willing to do the work on his holiday break. The staff at Tri County Auto and Oil bent over backward to make sure we were safe and had a solid plan to get back on the road the next day.

Wish I remembered names, but everyone here was absolutely AMAZING. Came in from mountain driving on a flat donut cause we caught a steel pin that was unpatchable. They didn't have our tire size, but the guy called another place in the area for us and got us set up with them, where they also took great care of us. He also pulled us back and aired our donut up free of charge. Super friendly and helpful, wish we could find mechanics like this everywhere among our travels! 10/10

On our way back from Florida on I65, we had a tire pressure warning, so we pulled off right away. On inspection, we found the nail in our tire. The truck stop suggested one place where we could have it fixed but my daughter-in-law happened to find Tri County on Google. SO glad we went there! Super friendly, accommodating, and kind folks! The fix was done in maybe 10 minutes and they gave our grandkids crayons to take home! I also really appreciate the rugged cross in the window - it all became clear why we ended up at Tri County!
