Excellent place to purchase a car. I was really nervous about getting a new car after I had a bad experience with Chicagoland Internet Auto in New Lenox a couple years ago. But Dralle gives you a whole experience when you walk in the door. Eric Posing is an excellent car salesman. And there was an issue with the car, but Gerard made it right. Overall, I'm glad I bought from them and I would definitely return for repeat business.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Dralle. Karen was my salesperson, and she was an absolute joy to work with. She's very personable, knowledgeable and helpful, she even took time on her day off to help me get additional information I needed on my new truck before I ever even committed to a sale. When the sale was complete, she had someone in my new Denali at 5am the next morning driving it 300 miles north to deliver it to me. From here on out when I need new vehicles Karen will be my very first phone call.

I was kinda displeased that I made an appointment but my vehicle was acting so badly that I came in early to drop it. When after two days I called to check on it only to be told that it was being held for the appt. That’s fine; but only to get an email saying my appt was cancelled because I brought it in. Either it’s a walk-in or an appt…can’t be both. Only to get a call two hours later saying that it was looked at and it would be covered by warranty (Great news!!!) But it made the service call seem a bit deceptive. Nevertheless…I was pleased that it was taken care of and ready the next business day. Then…I called to check on it and it was ready; but I didn’t get a call!!! I called in…so when would I have been notified if I didn’t call. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and I’ve never had this issue before with service. I hope that it’s not the new norm…!!!
