Dow Furniture staff is always kind and courteous. We have shopped there since 1980. Absolutely in love with our new living room and dining room set. The delivery crew is helpful in every way.

We purchased a recliner from Dow's a number of years ago. We love the recliner. The mechanical part of the recliner had a nylon part that broke and they do not make that charity more. I reached out to Dow and spoke with Will the manager and he could not have been more accommodating to help locate the part that I needed to repair this chair. It's amazing when companies like Dow's step up to serve the customer even though there are no money paid If you've never been to Dallas furniture, you should walk through both the sleep center and the living room showrooms. They are great to work with at all levels. You will not be disappointed

I would never go to another furniture store- Dow is the best you will find. Wish they were near our winter home in Massachusetts but excellent to have them in the mid coast to help us furnish our summer cottage.

I went to Dow Furniture looking for a specific rocker recliner I saw on one of their commercials. Not only did I find the chair, I found it to be extremely comfortable and was able to pick the fabric and color I wanted. I was also able to arrange delivery to Windham, ME and with the item on sale it was less than $1000!! Total bonus!!! The person who assisted me was a manager I recognized from the commercials who was pleasant and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
