The best hot tub company you can find in the DFW area. The other big player in the area where we went first only had a few tubs with water in it and we were just supposed to trust that we would enjoy whichever one we bought. In addition, they were pretty much pushing just one brand. With Southern Leisure, we were invited to their showroom (we chose the Flower Mound location) to actually try out the various (not just one) brands that they had. I spoke with the store manager Kris about each of the hot tubs features while my wife and her sister tried them out. They were sold after taking a dip in the 3rd one so we stopped right then and there and bought it. Also, we went on a Friday afternoon and the place was empty so it was a very private and relaxed experience. Kris recommended a company to do the electrical and another one to pour the concrete pad. Both of those companies were meticulous and the electrician even filled it up and added all of the start up chemicals and explained how everything worked. Later, I had some questions after the sale and spoke with someone at the Arlington location, and he was extremely helpful and courteous. Everyone that works for this business is very knowledgeable and professional so save your time and don't bother looking anywhere else.

We ordered a spa was told it would be here a certain month that month came no call had to call then they advised oh it’s going to be a few more weeks. Finally get our spa they bring it to our house they brought us the wrong one. They then came back with another spa and it was the wrong color shell. I advised them of that and they said our shell was on a boat and it should arrive sometime no eta well months later it did. They came to install and the pieces had been broken and the guy said I can’t put this on. He said they would re order and to this day over a year later we never got our correct shell. I called sent emails and nothing. We spent 10k to never get the spa we ordered!!!

If you could 6 stars for the experience, I would. I was originally thinking I was going to purchase a hot tub/spa from Costco. The prices were good- but upon further research the reviews were pretty scary. They also didn't come with installation, covers, etc. If anything went wrong, well good luck. I found Southern Leisure Spas & Patio while researching online. I started to communicate with Austin Sifuentes, who was an absolute wealth of knowledge. Austin sent me several options for spas that fit my budget. We went to visit and looked at several different options in the showroom. The Bullfrog brand immediately won me over- due the simplicity of the design and maintenance, great looking, and awesome features. The overall quality of the brand seems to take a lap around other brands. At the time, they had some great promotions running that allowed me to get a slightly better model than what I initially thought would fit the budget. Once we paired down the exact model we wanted (R7L), we went back and tried out multiple Jet Packs to customize exactly what we wanted. Everything went great, and Austin even showed us how we could get a sales tax exemption (win!). Installation was a breeze. The technicians were on time, very thorough, and clearly were experts at their craft. The spa has been great, and we use it regularly (even in the summer). It's incredibly relaxing. Maintenance has been a breeze so far. I cannot recommend Southern Leisure Spas & Patio (and Austin Sifuentes) enough. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Finally- one more pro tip: If the spa is too hot in the Texas summers, freeze some water in a few old one gallon milk jugs. I throw 4 of those in there (on those 100-degree Texas summer days), and it will bring the temperature down 3-4 degrees, when needed.

I met Cole and Kris at the home show where I was able to locate the perfect spa. Cole was super helpful and knowledgeable of the products along with detail on what would work best in my specific situation. I knew I was buying from him in 5 minutes. Even though it was Sunday, Kris was able to walk me through the onboarding process to finalize the purchase and was responsive to all of my "what about this?" questions that I tossed at him. When the spa was finally delivered Kris checked in just to make sure that everything met up to my expectations and it did. I highly recommend Southern Leisure. I'm sure I'll be back for one of the grills they also sell😎. Thanks again to the team for the above and beyond service.

Kris was wonderful to work with and very professional. He talked us through the whole sales experience making sure we ended up with the right spa for our needs. Our outdoor living project was delayed and Southern Leisure stored the spa for several months for us. I would highly recommend Kris and Southern Leisure if you’re looking for a spa!
