I’m
staying
here
for
my
freshmen
year
and
I
have
to
say
I’m
very
disappointed.
Of
course
there
are
a
few
exceptions,
but
for
the
most
part,
the
staff
is
exceptionally
rude
and
unhelpful.
This
includes
staff
in
the
management
office,
market,
and
the
cafeteria.
Speaking
of
the
market,
a
lot
of
items
don’t
have
price
tags!
Most
students
are
on
meal
plans
with
a
weekly
$25
to
spend
and
purchasing
items
at
the
market
involves
a
lot
of
guessing
and
discarding
items
from
your
cart.
This
could
easily
be
resolved
by
adding
price
tags
to
all
the
items
in
the
market
and
frankly,
I
don’t
think
that’s
too
much
to
ask.
When
I
first
moved
in,
I
tested
the
key
to
my
closet
door
and
it
wouldn’t
fit.
I
told
the
management
about
it
and
they
said
they’d
make
a
brand
new
key
for
me
and
email
me
in
a
couple
of
days
when
it’s
ready.
They
never
emailed
me.
So
after
more
than
a
week,
I
went
down
to
the
management
office
and
there
it
was
on
their
desk.
They
had
it
this
whole
time
and
never
even
bothered
to
notify
me.
I
took
it
and
tested
it
again.
It
didn’t
fit.
I
waited
all
this
time
for
another
key
that
doesn’t
even
fit.
This
time,
I
put
in
a
work
order
so
maintenance
themselves
could
look
into
the
issue
for
me.
The
key
was
missing
a
few
cuts
so
maintenance
very
quickly
went
and
fixed
it
for
me.
It
did
work…until
I
tried
it
before
leaving
for
break
and
it
got
stuck
in
the
key
hole.
It
won’t
budge
out.
I
had
to
fly
that
very
day
for
break
so
I
couldn’t
be
bothered
to
attend
to
the
key,
but
this
is
really
annoying
and
frustrating.
It’s
been
3
whole
months
and
my
key
is
still
not
fixed.
Is
that
hard
to
make
a
key??
This
is
ridiculous.
Now
let’s
talk
about
the
elevators.
I
don’t
think
I’m
the
first
to
say
they’re
ALWAYS
broken.
One
time,
there
were
only
two
functioning
elevators
and
you
can
imagine
how
that
went.
If
the
elevators
are
constantly
out
of
order,
I
feel
like
someone
should
do
something
about
it.
But
alas,
the
management
would
rather
invest
money
in
unwanted
renovations
than
fix
the
elevators.
Currently,
they’re
building
a
new
fitness
area
sponsored
by
Planet
Fitness.
It’s
going
to
be
a
membership
program
so
it
will
not
be
part
of
the
resident
amenities,
but
because
of
the
renovations,
they’ve
shut
down
the
music
practice
rooms,
relocated
the
fitness
center
to
a
small
private
dining
room,
and
relocated
the
business
center
to
the
only
study
space
room
that
is
somewhat
soundproof
for
the
rest
of
the
year.
There
is
no
longer
any
quiet
spaces
for
students
to
work
and
practice
and
it’s
all
because
the
management
wants
to
profit
from
this
new
Planet
Fitness
partnership.
Point
in
case,
if
you’re
going
to
college
at
one
of
the
affiliated
colleges
of
the
UC
and
you
have
to
choose
between
living
at
the
UC
and
having
your
own
apartment,
get
an
apartment.
The
management
doesn’t
care
about
its
residents
just
as
long
as
they
can
make
money
from
us
college
students
and
our
families.
I’m
very
disappointment
in
the
management
here
at
the
UC
and
I
definitely
won’t
be
staying
here
after
the
spring
semester.
