I was very pleased with the service I received at Lou Fusz. My sales representative was Lisa Reidy and she was always prompt with responding to my messages and she kept me in the loop when I was waiting to see a car that was being serviced. I especially loved the personalized video messages. I was also pleased with the finance manager, Jim'. He was very attentive and quick to respond to my messages. He made sure I received the terms I requested. I was happy with my experience at Lou Fusz from beginning to end.

Everyone was very friendly and they made the purchasing process as quick and painless as possible. My salesman, Chris Hudnut, was great to work with prior to and during the purchase. He and Mike Gerber were excellent with communication. Mike went out of his way to special order the vehicle for me last minute, and he made sure that it was exactly what I wanted. He regularly kept me updated on the order status. When the vehicle arrived from the manufacturing plant, Chris worked with VIP to make sure that all of my aftermarket options were added quickly, at a great price, and exactly as I requested.
