I love coming here. Valet parking is a breeze, the location is beautiful. Waiting to be let in becomes a drag if you are an early arrival, which we always are. This time we were on the grand tier, front row. And let me tell you, if you are afraid of heights, that's some scary business. I literally clung to strangers on the walk to my seat. Thankfully they were amused. Excellent show. Great view. And I did eventually settle down!

Went for a show on a Sunday afternoon. Traffic was light but parking was expensive, 20$ at the venue. There were cheaper options but did not feel like walking. Place was impressive, lots of ushers and attendants to make sure everyone got to their seats. Line of sight was great, sound quality was also very good. Seats were in the mid range, center terrace orchestra so it was expensive.

They have small bathrooms, but it may have been the ones on the upper floors. I didn't check out the main floor bathrooms. They do have drinking fountains. No outside food or drinks. They do allow bottle water in the Opera House part. It's a beautiful venue. The seats are cushioned, but it will start to get uncomfortable quickly. If you're a bigger person like myself, get isle seating. I would recommend parking away from the main area so it will be cheaper. There free hour parking in the area as well.

Beautiful building, inside and out! Went to see Kansas 50th anniversary tour and the sound was loud, clear with great acoustics. I could talk to my buddy about the show, while it was happening, without screaming in his ear. I'd love to see a classical concert in this venue. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is because, after 2 and a half hours our 6'3" frames got a little uncomfortable. There was no way to stretch our legs. We enjoyed the show and the staff was very friendly. I will visit again. Lexus Silver parking is super convenient. Recommended!

The opera house is very nice! No pictures and video were allowed at the performance of Sarah Brightman. The fire alarm did go off during the performance, but we were quickly back in place.

Our first opera. The diving bell and the butterfly. Our niece was Celeste in the production. A star is born! Loved it! And the venue was amazing

Saw the Nutcracker this afternoon at the Winspear. It is a beautiful theater, and you will always see top quality shows. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Be ready to spend money on concessions (but you can pre-order your intermission drinks so you don't have to wait in line).

Being privileged enough to attend a performance of Dracula here, and follow up with a tour the next day, Iā€™m impressed with the way this structure provides space, engages with its architectural tectonics, handles large performances, and becomes art itself.
