I was not a patient here so I cannot comment on the quality of service. But I can tell you this facility needs to work on their protocol around gender identity. My friend was instantly deadnamed on arrival and then referred to with incorrect pronouns. This is not the stress someone wants to deal with when they are about to have a major procedure. And there is a simple solution to make everyone feel comfortable. I encourage the facility to modify their intake procedure and to add Preferred Name and Pronouns to patient forms. Come on. This is Pasadena in 2022.

Process was easy, the waiting room is for patients only; they will call your driver 20 min before you are discharged. Jane was sweet and Tyler was an excellent nurse. Lori was also wonderful and very nice. Overall, a good experience and appreciated filling out most of forms online.

They are so nice! I would totally go back next week for another colonoscopy (kidding). Thankfully I'm good for the next decade. Everyone there—from the front desk to the nurse assistant (Rosemarie, a simply lovely human) to the RN to Anesthesiologist to the MD to the guy standing at my bedside when I woke up—were so professional, informative and kind. We even had some laughs. Well done, team. You have created an exceptional, anxiety-free clinic experience for your patients. See you in '33!

My experiences have always been excellent, the nurses are caring and profesional. Alejandra was my nurse and took very good care of me. Dr Soltani has been my doctor for 20 yrs and I feel safe and take and care for, he is the BEST.

I had a great experience with Dr Zaree Babakhanian and his staff at this clinic. Everything about it was laid-back, professional, and Covid safety oriented. I had a colonoscopy and was very nervous about it since I have never had one before, but I can honestly say it was not only painless, but just a so relaxed and straightforward procedure! Thanks to everyone at the clinic, and I highly recommend this location and this doctor!

2nd time here. Clean, private, immaculate place . Very professional caring staff, really top notch. You can see the harmony among their team members as they all work like a clock. My only criticism is the overdoing it with the Covid religion, I mean really? They would not let my mom and a designated driver, both in their 70s , wait in the center due to Covid, of course. It's deranged California after all so what can you do? Thank you to all the staff there especially Alejandra who was such a angel. Though I was more than capable of doing everything on my own including walking a few steps to my car, she insisted on taking care of everything and said " This is my job and I'm happy to help". Bless them all.

Went there today, Jan 21, 2022. Place very outstanding clean. Saw a staff person cleaning the PT clipboards. I was feeling very safe in this place Today. I have been here before at PT in the past. All staff and doctor, With the RN make you feel very safe and good to their Pt when your there. Hats off to all of them. Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr. Petit for many years. He is one of the best doctors I know. He remains very dedicated to his patients and his area is expertise. He is an exceptional listener, is an excellent diagnostician and returns calls the same day. He has a great personality and always makes me smile no matter how bad I feel.
