I have eaten here twice so far and the food is amazing and fresh each time. They even go a step further with their customer service to let you know that your food is ready. The ribs are not too tough it literally falls right off the bone! The Mac and cheese is a great go to and very delicious. This place gets a 5 star rating from me. If you live in the Bartow area or surrounding area check this place out you won’t be disappointed at all.

When I say the food is so authentic & CHEAP! The taste makes you feel like you’re in Jamaica. Jerk chicken 10/10 BBQ chicken 10/10 rice amazing and very side because I had to try & CORNBREAD 100000! Ran by a Very very kind family. A husband who encourages his beautiful wife.

Me and hubby ate here (well technically ordered carry out) last Tuesday and it was amazing. One thing I’m big on is customer service and this place really exceeded my expectations. Actually it is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and I’m a tough one to please. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked. We were given free samples without asking. The man was very patient as we took a little while to decide what we wanted to order. All around great food and great experience. While we waited for our food I judged the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place, it passed in my book. We plan on making it one of our regular places for sure.

Definitely home cooking for sure. My husband & I just moved in the area, we was craving for southern cooking. First let me say the customer service was amazing & professional. Now the food was sooooo good! Fried chicken was my favorite and mac & cheese & the canied yams. Let me put it this way every thing was my favorite. We will be back for sure! Drove from Orlando to pick up my daughter and came across Flava joint. Upon arriving, the location was closed but the owner walked by and saw us standing and invited us to come on in and eat. It was unexpected but I'm grateful. He was kind and made us some fire jerk chicken with macaroni and cheese, corn bread, salad and fried plantains. The food tasted amazing, everything is made fresh to order and the customer service from the owner (never got his name unfortunately) was outstanding. Thank you for giving my daughter and I a great experience. Definitely will be coming back and I hope everyone shows love to this place. Ps. Always tip, it's a way of showing love to the company and its employees!

Wow best jerk chicken I’ve ever had. Service amazing the chef gave me a. Piece while I waited and I’m words came explain the amount of flavor with a slight touch of heat. Also I love the dirty rice and Mac and cheese. 6 stars if I could. The customer service is also amazing. Offered a bottle of water as well while I waited I will be bringing the whole family back. Great prices

Ordered their jerk wing dinner with cheese fries and macaroni and cheese. It was amazing! Chicken was seasoned perfectly, the macaroni was cheesy and home made, even the cheese fries were better than any average fast food chain. This also came with corn bread, the best I’ve had. For dessert I had their chocolate cake. It wasn’t too sweet where you couldn’t eat it. It was perfectly sweetened! The cake itself was very moist, light and chocolatey. The icing was a perfect amount to compliment the cake and not be over bearing. Together it was smooth, sweet and moist. The service was quick and friendly. They gave me an item for free and I genuinely felt welcomed and honored for choosing them. 100% recommend, can’t wait to try more

My husband found this place, We ordering fried chicken with two sides. While we waiting outside, the owner was super nice & gave us BBQ chicken wing. Oh my goodness! It’s was soooo good & the BBQ sauce was homemade. I’m seriously looking forward to dinner. The flavor on the chicken was spot on & that BBQ was amazing. Come stop by you will not regret. FYI we just moved into this neighborhood 2 months ago from New York. He has loyal customers now! Thank you Flava Joint! ❣️

First time here, chatted with the owners, and he gave me a piece of jerk chicken to try and by far best smoked jerk chicken around!!! ordered the wing basket and side of Mac a cheese and potato salad, EVERYTHING was amazing with so much flavor! Definitely a HIT worth stopping for!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!

this will definitely be my new favorite fried chicken spot. Very tasty/juicy but not salty. Their Jerk chicken too was nice ❤️ Definitely a hole in a wall gem. 💯 will order more frequently.

The food here is amazing as well as the customer service !! I got the fried chicken basket. It comes with 2 sides and for the price they are big proportions. The owner also threw in t slices of chocolate cake for free:)
