What kind of resort closes it’s pool and kids area at 7pm. When we booked here we specifically looked at the clubhouse hours and everywhere we saw it said 10. 7 pm is just dumb and lazy. We all wanted to relax and float around the pool after a long day at the parks. Nope can’t do that. What a joke.

The community pool and lazy river looks bigger in pictures but was still great for the kids. They really enjoyed the kid area of the pool with the slides. They offer food and drinks at a reasonable price compared to other resorts. They closed the pool side at 8:30 PM not at 7. I don't know if this is because it's summer time. Overall it was a good stay.

Overall amazing place to stay in Kissimmee. A little far away from grocery stores Disney etc. But the value is really good. I recommend staying with a bigger unit. Our place is run by a management company where we are airbnb short term renters. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and communication. I highly recommend them. House is fine for the money. Close to lots to do. Dining room chairs were terrible with one breaking. Had trouble getting more trash bags which seems to be a big deal to them for us to use. Tried calling and emailing support, no follow up for two days and counting. Guessing that it will take a trip to the main campus to get more?

The only negative was the wifi and cell service. However, we was on vacation, so it helped all of us disconnect from work and outside! Kids were having a great time connecting with everyone inside the house! Board games and talking with family!

Beautiful area. Nice homes for the most part.. a few things in our home that was messy, broken and dirty with trash in dresser drawers. Well manicured. If the home comes with swimming tubes that need air you have to pay to fill them.. we stayed in a vacation home. Not hotel room.

4.5 stars Great amenities with pool, lazy river, cabanas for rent with booking in advance, bar, food, splash pad with slides and fountains, outdoor fireplace, indoor ac seating, small game room, flat screen tvs and wifi. Overall a great place to stay with the family on holiday.
