I had never been here and wasn't really sure what to expect, but I wanted to show up for gray element art and my friends and I really enjoyed our time! The bartender was amazing and made us feel really welcome! After a personal tour of the displayed artwork by the artist / photographer, we enjoyed live music. We got there kind of early so food wasn't an option yet but they didn't mind if we ran across the street and grabbed some pizza and brought it over. I would definitely come back here and I recommend others to enjoy all that the place offers!

Great drinks. Bartender was knowledgeable. Games downstairs were Fun but the darts were in poor shape. Bathrooms we're really nice. Cozy place.

A friendly, welcoming bar, kind of like the one in "Cheers". Very friendly staff, cool customers. Open to ALL kinds of people; whoever you are, you can feel safe here. The newly repainted downstairs (venue for live music and meetings) looks great!

Went to see a show here having no idea what to expect. Am I glad we went! The staff was super friendly and we got an up close and personal concert from Tina Turners sax player Tim Cappello. You might also know him from the Lost Boys movie. It was an epic evening!

The Taiwanese style noodles is legit! The cook(bartender) made awesome sauce for the noodles and delicious !!

Great atmosphere, bartenders make great drinks and I love the new food they have coming in.

The staff and atmosphere make this bar feel like home. They are extremely inclusive and a safe space for anyone who needs it. They have games, art, and shows multiple days a week for a fun night out, or you can hang out on the couches to unwind after a long day. No matter your preference, there's something for everyone, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to feel welcome.

I have visited this bar a few times and each time is a different experience but in a good way. The vibe has always been welcoming and I even recently discovered a new drink (Smoked Rumhattan) that the bartender was excited to make and it was so delicious 🍀

cute, hole-in-wall kind of place. Pool table, darts, and other games. They have D&D nights and live music, etc. Bartenders are always pleasant and helpful. Only complaint is that the drinks are a little overpriced, in my opinion.

Surprisingly good. I've walked by this place several times, thinking it wouldn't be worth the stop...I was wrong. It was an older crowd (not decrepit, but not 21), so it was a low key atmosphere. The bartender mixed great drinks, and though I didn't eat, whatever he was cooking smelled absolutely amazing...and it was made to order. Worth a stop!

It was a great place to visit whenever it was a dive bar with a cool venue in the basement. Now it's just a dive bar without any real character of its own, a carbon copy of literally every generic dingy dive bar you've ever been to. Bravo for your intelligent decision-making on that one Bar-K.

Staff upstairs were awesome and the show downstairs was phenomenal! Definitely made the show better not having a bar "in" the venue but having to support another business for a short time! Fantastic experience!! Will absolutely be back!!

The upstairs is really cozy but you can go downstairs and listen to some crazy music. Really fun place and good food.

I just want to know if people of color are allowed in this bar or is it named "K" bar for a reason? I went here on two separate occasions and both times I felt unwelcome and I've never see any POC when I walk in there. If this is true just tell so I can stop wasting my gas...this is an honest question... like everyone stops and stares at me and the waitress took for ever to bring me my drink the first time I went. She was talking to a couple and I said excuse me a few times before she actually came over. Second time I didn't even get into the building because there was a lady outside smoking waiting till she was done to go back in and she was like: there's nothing really going on in there like she was trying to convince me to leave so I just walked away.... it was trivia night....

Small bar with only 1 bar tender. Don't go thirsty or be really patient. You'll be in line for awhile. Bright side, it has a quaint personal feel to it and a pool table for fun.

Had a great time at the Saturday euchre tournament. Awesome atmosphere and fun people. The owner Ken really makes every one feel welcome.

Worst bar in town. Can't order a cocktail or layered shot, you have to have ID to be served, and worst of all it doesn't cater to tourists above locals. Would never recommend to anyone but service industry folks

Ken and his staff show the ultimate Colorado experience. This is the best place that I can recommend for socializing locally as a local bar or bringing people from out of town. Professionalism is amazing. Great Selection and a really cool atmosphere.

I first found Bar-K a few years ago while celebrating my friend’s bachelorette party, and I’ve kept coming back. I’ve always felt right at home and it’s such a welcoming environment. The atmosphere is fantastic and the bar staff is top notch and so warm and attentive. There’s always a rotation of fun events and art to enjoy, plenty of ping pong and pool tables, and comfy spots to hang out and have a blast with friends.

Great vibe, amazing service. I always enjoy Bar-k for happy hour or for a late nightcap. Cheers!

Awesome, relaxing place to drink, chill, and play table games. My car did get stolen from right outside the bar this morning... but that has nothing to do with the bar itself. Still a great place to have fun and awesome service... just keep an eye on your vehicle while in the area.

This place is awesome! If you love to just chill after work or want to close the bar down. This is a safe place where the staff and regulars will have a great time, while watching your drink if needed, and accepting no hate, racism nor bullying of any sort. Yay! Bars can be fun again!

Clean place with couches and a snazzy drink list. Small venue upstairs and didn't stay long enough to see the basement. Service was slow and unenthusiastic. Not the best vibe. We left after one round of drinks and went on to other live music venues. Probably won't be back.

Montee made the most amazing drink. He is so talented and fun to talk to! And the dumplings- let’s talk about it. They are the best dumplings I’ve ever had. Hands down. 10/10 recommend. Montee again is phenomenal. The life of the party for sure! Very talented and knows what he’s doing. ❤️😁
