We did the 9 course Omakase to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was INCREDIBLE. I wasn't sure what to expect, and we were both blown away. It is definitely worth the time and price. I have never been a sushi person, but everything was absolutely delicious. All of the staff were kind and thoughtful during our experience, especially our bartender Brooke. The restaurant called ahead to make sure we were all set, and went out of their way to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The chef was knowledgeable and really made us feel like a part of the experience. Brooke was kind enough to make us a special drink just for fun. We could not recommend this place enough! Can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I loved the food so much when we came for lunch we had to order take out from here a second time for dinner. Everything was delicious especially the tonkotsu ramen and the hand rolls. I usually can’t find a place that serves hand rolls anywhere but they’re my favorite. The Uni is super creamy and not fishy at all. Tonkotsu broth was very savory and actually spicy when we asked for it hot - just wish the egg yolk was less cooked all the way through. The service is great and the vibes inside are so cute we’ll definitely be back.

The Chef 21 Sushi Burger is simply delicious! My three boys and I enjoyed a fun and satisfying lunch in this comfortable and brightly decorated restaurant. The neon signage and wall murals make it a fun and engaging environment for kids while waiting for meals. The food is always fresh and full of flavor.

Chef 21, it was cool, great restaurant again. I took a Sushi Burger, it was the first time and it was very good, not as a great Sushi but it was a great experience. And I also took a banana expresso Martini. If you are downtown Greenville go check it.

If you enjoy a fun atmosphere with your food, this is the place to go. My husband and I love trying places with new concepts. The food was spectacular, the staff were friendly, the service was great, and the tea bar in the back with the decorated connecting hallway was the cherry on top.

This place’s atmosphere was amazing. The moment my brother and I walked through the door we were greeted with nice music (the R&B that we both listen to on the daily). The decor is so cool too. We had a very amazing waitress (she had curly hair and a nose piercing). She was nice and patient, but most of all very attentive. She stopped by and always made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend dining here. The Kimchi rice that was in the Chicken Bibimbap was soooo good, it even took away the initial fear I had of kimchi since I’ve only had bad store bought kimchi 😂. If you’re looking for a nice quiet spot that looks cool and has good food and nice music, I highly recommend here! Oh! And the little rose details on the napkins is sick! I wanted to take it home with me until I noticed they were napkins and not little utensil holders 😂

This has been one of the best dining experiences I have had in quite some time. Let me say that it is a rare experience that you can order so many items from a menu and have every single one impress! Our family ordered for apps the Korean BBQ chicken, the crab rangoons, and the avocado grenades. All were fantastic and the rangoons were easily the best I have ever had! Then we had 5 different sushi rolls and I ordered the sushi burger. Let. Me. Tell. You. It all was so fantastic. It’s easy to understand why sushi burger is in the name of the restaurant! Not to mention the environment inside was super cool! One of the owners came out and asked if we were happy with the meal. I seriously told her how good it was and even though we were from Columbia, I had told my kids this is where I wanted my birthday party 😉. She then offered a tour of the tea room next door and it was sooooooo cool. Amazing tea bar with an amazing live edge table with a running river through it! Not to mention karaoke, cool furniture, and a cotton candy vending machine! This place is legendary already. She needs to open one in Columbia!

10/10 the food, service, vibe, and decor was on point. Very unique take on Korean and Japanese foods and nothing failed to impress. Careful with the spiciness of the spicy sushi burger. The jalapeños have an insane kick!
