Dr. McKenzie definitely should watch what comes out of her mouth. This was my first time to her office and it will be my last. It’s not so much what you say to someone but how you say it. I explained my Mother died from a heart attack some years ago. She said all your test came back fine you have a ways to go before you are like your Mother. Talk about rude and disrespectful. That wasn’t her only rude and disrespectful comment she made.

Highly disappointed. I have never in my life, had a provider shove birth control down my throat like this! There is nothing wrong with suggesting it, but to keep pushing it after I said NO multiple times is unprofessional and distasteful. She made it seem like having a baby would be the worst thing in the world! Also, I get my annual female check up yearly and have NEVER had one hurt as bad as this one. I’m actually bleeding from it. The Dr. was nice at first but that quickly changed. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a practice. I will not be back.

Dr.Mackenzie was rude and disoriented, asked me to complete a sample twice after I already did and kept insisting birth control after I declined several times. She had absolutely no bedside manner and was an hour behind schedule. Extremely disappointed.

Overall the staff at Primary Medical have some characters. Dr. Mackenzie is one of those, she's old-fashioned style doctor, but won't stop at the chance to prescribe some well needed drugs. She's perfectly fine for a family physician, but anything beyond that she struggles. I have ended up going to multiple specialist for acne, various rashes/warts, nasal infections, and etc, which she was unable to treat. The physician assistant, Natasha is amazing. She's much more friendlier and understanding compared to Dr. Mackenzie. We switched over to seeing Natasha and I have not regretted it!

My husband and I have been with Dr. Mary over 20 yrs. She has helped me through tragedy, illness, and my common health needs as I've aged from babies to menopause. She is thorough and does not hesitate to recommend a specialist as needed. I am also impressed with her specialist referrals. She takes the time to know my life and incorporate this knowledge into her treatment. She may not be everyone's cup of tea, so to speak, but she is a trusted, permanent fixture in this family!

Been seeing Dr. Mac for over 5 yrs or more. Love her nd the staff I always get the right diagnosis nd if she dnt know she'll send you to a specialist. I'm a regular patient who sees her almost once a month for my health issues. Sometimes she's speedy and sometimes it takes awhile but you'll walk away wit knowledge of wats wrong.

Natasha I love. Now Dr. MacKenzie on the other hand. No ma'am. She, one of the first times I saw her attempted to give me a refill on birth control despite me saying I do not take it. I came To the office one time to have my physical/. Vaccination forms signed and released to me in order to complete clinical rotations for my school. She refused to sign them ,unless I paid fifty dollars. Illegal. If I didn't like doctor Natasha so much, I would have been gone. Office staff is great.

I have been seeing Dr. Mackinze for over 10 years. She is the best in my opinion , she will helped me get diagnosed and when she couldn't figure it out on her own recommend people who could help. She definitelly cares about her patience. To the people who have given her bad reviews all I can say is she definitely can take getting used to but she is a fantastic doctor who takes care of her patiences.
