I
purchased
and
paid
for
a
new
hot
tub
cover,
a
broken
bracket,
and
delivery
and
removal
of
old
cover
on
sept
19,
2023,
Stan
in
parts
was
very
helpful
and
told
me
since
my
cover
was
‘IN
STOCK”
he
would
schedule
my
delivery
in
next
two
to
three
weeks,
which
was
very
acceptable
to
me
So
I
was
waiting
to
hear
from
spa
brokers
I
live
alone
and
am
working
6-7
days
a
week
to
pay
my
bills,
so
chasing
down
my
cover
delivery
was
not
on
my
radar
thanks
to
Stan,nor
a
welcome
event
in
my
busy
schedule
I
get
a
call
from
Chris,
on
October
4
in
the
delivery
department,
saying
she
wanted
to
schedule
my
delivery
and
it
would
be
another
4-6
weeks!!!!
Imagine
my
surprise
at
this
information!!!!
A
part,
paid
for
weeks
prior
and
IN
STOCK,
could
not
be
delivered
for
MONTHS????
Naturally
I’m
upset
with
good
reason
at
the
lack
of
information
or
competence
in
spa
brokers
to
provide
the
service
that
was
PAID
for
weeks
prior
As
I’m
trying
to
determine
what
is
happening,
Chris
attempts
to
turn
this
on
me
;Ike
it’s
MY
problem.
Says
they
tried
to
call
me
and
they
were
waiting
to
hear
from
me???
Again
I
work
6-7
days
a
week
as
a
delivery
driver,
so
I
am
using
my
phone
daily
for
work,
so
spa
brokers
absolutely
DID
NOT
LEAVE
me
a
message
whatsoever!!!
I’m
upset,
trying
to
get
my
delivery
scheduled
,
sometime
this
year
for
gods
sake,
with
a
person
trying
to
blame
me
as
a
cover
up
of
spa
broker’s
inability
to
provide
their
own
services!!!
I
ask
to
speak
to
her
supervisor,
I’m
sorry
I
forgot
her
name,
but
this
woman,
and
I
use
this
term
very
loosely,
again
blames
me
for
this
screw
up,
tells
me
I’m
yelling
at
her
and
she
threatened
to
cancel
my
order!!!
I’m
unaware
that
the
Statue
of
Liberty
says
‘
bring
us
your
huddled
masses,
just
not
the
loud
ones”
I
am
a
music
teacher,
trained
to
speak
over
30
students
and
their
instruments,
yes
I
have
a
loud
voice,
but
my
volume
should
have
absolutely
zero
bearing
on
a
so
called
‘professional’
to
do
her
job!!!
She
hangs
up
on
me!!!,
in
my
hour
of
need,
due
to
her
own
company
failure!!!
I
call
back,
try
to
lower
my
volume
to
appease
this
woman’s
massive
ego,
and
in
her
position
of
power,
she
again
hangs
up
on
this
paying
customer!!!
So,
I’m
forced
to
call
Cal
Spas,
the
parent
company,
A
very
nice
sales
manager
,
Cameron,
speaks
with
me
.
He
completely
understands
my
position
and
agrees
that
this
behavior
does
not
represent
Cal
spas
as
they
wish
to
be
represented!!!
Cameron
looks
up
my
order,
he
discovers
the
delivery
manager
has
cancelled
my
order
and
delivery,
and
began
a
refund
process,
all
without
telling
me!!!!
This
woman
RETALIATED
and
ATTACKED
this
paying
customer
in
her
hour
of
need!!!!
This
is
not
kind,
human,
professional,
or
represents
a
family
run
business
model!!!
I
work
for
a
family
company
that
has
been
in
business
since
1959,
their
customers
are
absolutely
an
extension
of
their
family
and
treated
as
such
Not
with
this
delivery
manager
at
spa
brokers!!
Paying
customers
are
abused
at
her
whim!!!
Absolute
power
corrupts
absolutely,
and
that
is
what
is
happening
here
It’s
so
sad
and
quite
pathetic
that
this
woman
has
been
doing
this
to
people
for
years
and
spa
brokers
tolerates
it???
This
is
her
management
style??
I
believer
this
is
fireable
behaviour!!!
This
is
nothing
but
arrogance
and
narcissism,
so
if
you
want
to
be
abused
and
devalued
and
attacked
by
the
delivery
manager
woman
to
cover
her
own
company’s
inability
to
provide
a
service
they
were
pre
paid
in
full
for?
Sure
go
buy
your
parts
from
spa
brokers!!!!
