👍👍 A great walk. Near entertainment and dining venues. A great place to visit in the summertime! Outdoor ping-pong and other games. There is a playground for kiddos. Also, the trail is divided between walkers and cyclists. There are clean public restrooms available also. People often mention trail,

Absolutely the best experiences all in one trail, from the country side to Carmels gorgeous lights, art, top notch food & pubs available just foot steps away for all fellow trail blazers, definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

First time with our bikes and enjoyed it. Most riders were courteous announcing they were passing on the left. Beautiful. The current construction had us confused several times but we still enjoyed it.

Great trail, really open and easy to walk. Within walking distance to Clay Terrace Mall. There are restrooms at the trailhead!

It's a most inspiring trail and surely anyone who wants to walk, Jog, and run will enjoy the environment. Cyclists enjoy it as well.

This is a great trailhead and a little busy with pedestrians wearing earbuds. Once you get out of town, the riding is easy.

Just rode the MONON trail this week. Beautiful weather, perfect for riding. However the trail runs through areas under construction and its blocked and rerouted in parts. There is a long stretch north and south of the 96 street entrance. Carmel was nice. But after Westfield, its broken up. We turned around at the Grind Stone restaurant. Going south from 96th you can go a long stretch until you meet a closed sign. Turn around at that point. If you follow the detour signs you end up on another trail and in a bad area. On the way back north, we did stop for lunch at a great BARBQ place that was friendly to bikes. Other than that the south end was not worth it. I recommend waiting until the construction is completed.
