Great customer service & very helpful staff. I went in to The Shipping Post with multiple packages needing to be sent out to a number of different locations across the US. Not only did she (I believe her name was Julie) help me with all the paperwork but she also repacked each box with bubble wrap & foam chips to ensure nothing got damaged in transit. The whole process was made seamless. Would highly recommend using them for all your shipping needs.

Larry & Liz are the SHIZ!! They are very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and FAST!! BTW, I love the newly remodeled interior…it looks better & it’s much more functional. I imagine the employees appreciate it as well. L & L, keep up the excellent work!!!

Kevin nd Heather are Awesome! But unfortunately after this transaction I still haven’t gotten any word from UPS about the where about a of my package. It has been 2 weeks since I’ve been to this store, & was told it would be 3 day shipping. A “claim” was filed ( which did nothing) just to be told the same thing I was told. “They’re looking for my package, it has a tracking number , but they (ups) can’t find it”.. I’m highly upset, that package contained valuables worth more than the $100 “claim”. That was rejected.

I went in today with lots of paperwork I needed to get done for something very important and I was helped by Siva he was very nice, patient, and understanding. he helped me get it all complete and overall they had great customer service! 10/10

They were extremely helpful in getting my shipping label printed and my package sent off for me! Excellent customer service!
