Danny Blanchard GM addressed all our families concerns! He listened to our needs and made things right! Carl was very nice to work with on the funeral planning. My only recommendation is to perhaps have a checklist for staff if this is not already in place so all bases are covered. We were not informed about needing to order a headstone at the time of the funeral planning, and my mother and I were so distraught that we didn’t even think about it. I looked at all the other options for my mother's Celebration of Life and am so glad I selected Forest Lawn. The service of all three funeral directors was excellent. They were patient and always took my calls. The chapel is by far the biggest and nicest in town. Also because they are affiliated with Dignity a national company they have better technology for the video tributes, the flyer for the service was first class, beautiful color bookmarks, and selection of urns was very nice. Very happy with my choice. Highly recommend and can not figure out why another provider has so much business in town. Give them a try.

Forest Lawn Funeral Home is a top notch place. From the moment we contacted them until the end of the funeral they where wonderful. I loved the way they where there when we needed them , but did not hover. They where kind and very informative. Our mother prepaid for her funeral close to 20 years ago and it all went smooth as silk. After a long battle with cancer it was so great to have all her wishes and choices fulfilled I would like to thank them for making our mother look wonderful even though I didn’t think it was possible. She was a beautiful woman , but cancer is brutal. I gave them 5 stars , but would have given them 10 if I could. Death and burial is not something anyone wants to deal with , but at Forest Lawn it was easy. Thank you again for all your great work and compassion given to our family.

Danny Blanchard and his team (Chad in Beaumont and Ron from Lufkin) did such a amazing job helping us coordinate and deliver a seamless life celebration for my mother. We had family, care centers, churches, cemeteries spread all over East Texas from Katy (Houston) to Pineland and everywhere in between --- and the Dignity team never missed a beat. The care team professional that showed up at the hospital at 2 am was such a sweet spirit. She really helped make our last moments with my mom a touching, cherished memory. I felt my mom was great hands from the moment we handed her over to their care. I can't really put into words just how much this experience meant to me and my immediate and extended friends and family.
